I have the 25" Cruise Lite case, which is actually at least 27" tall including the wheels. I like it, especially the way the top "lid" opens to a large main compartment. This layout is hard to find in a spinner. Many spinners open into halves, which are unwieldy to open and use on a luggage rack. The case is lightweight for its size and easy to roll.
I'm ordering the 19" international spinner (no laptop pocket), which is really almost 22" tall including the wheels. The so-called 21" carry-on is too tall to fit inside most airlines size checker boxes, as it is over 23" tall with the wheels and is too tall for a carry-on. So confusing and hard to find a true carry-on, not just with Delsey but with most all luggage makers! Southwest currently still allows 24" cases as carry-ons, though, but the other major US airlines only allow 22x14x9 max. I hope the 19" case doesn't exceed the 9-inch dimension. sigh

mine doesn't have that front pocket what happened...

The front pocket is not on every sizes. Sizes 25'' and 29'' do not have it.
