My question is and always has been is - How feasible is the possibility of a Real 222A Bell Chopper being converted into a real Airwolf? And being feasible to go to Mach 1 or Mach 2? Being able to go into rapid turbo boost like you see in the Series? I would LOVE for someone that knows the Bell 222A and the possibility of a Real Airwolf!!!!!!!!!
The theory behind the ability of Airwolf to go supersonic was talked about, but it can't really be implemented without a completely new airframe. They mention that when you hit the boosters, you have to LOCK THE ROTORS. Yes, actually stop the rotors, so they act as wings, other wise you have retreating blade problems and you would probably rip them right off of the top of the chopper. Then they re-engage the rotor system as they decelerate. That's why Hawk and few other pilots were qualified to fly Airwolf, they had the training to handle the transition. Dom flew it once, and almost tried supersonic, but fortunately, didn't have to take the plunge.
Psst: "mac" is a type of computer. Or Mac-10 is a machine gun. When referring to speed of aircraft, the term is "mach" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mach_number

this was when airwolf was especially worth watching, classic television of the 1980s, when you`d watch a morning television show on a saturday, pop up the shops for library books, comics and sweets, and then have the pleasure of watching this in the afternoon, let alone be also watching, : the a team, knight rider, street hawk, automan, riptide, magyver, the incredible hulk, chips, the dukes of hazzard, the fall guy, the six million dollar man, wonder woman, the amazing spiderman, different strokes, benji zax and the alien prince, the littlest hobo, alf, terrahawks, fraggle rock, the muppet show, the tripods, robin of sherwood, metal mickey, punky brewster, small wonder, out of this world, centurions, thundercats, dungeons and dragons, muppet babies, the raccoons, the all new popeye show, spiderman and his amazing friends, the incredible hulk cartoon, scooby doo and scrappy doo, fonz and the happy days gang, fame, beauty and the beast, the kids of delgrassi street, what i`m basically saying is that i really the 1980s, especially the television, and in conclusion the television these days is now near as good as when i was growing up.
