Mr K B, an idea I have had.....when it's an interesting and respectfully, "positive" interaction you could ask for example constable Williams to engage in the comments. Could really help bridge the gap and I think would be very interesting. Some kind of q&A . Maybe he has commented and you could flag it up for subs to have a 'friendly' discussion.😎

They used to test on humans (mainly squaddies) there, at least up until the late seventies. They bribed them with an easy fortnight's work and a financial inducement.
A bloke who shared our barracks dormitory volunteered for a couple of weeks of testing there. To be fair, he didn't appear to be suffering from anything and his character hadn't changed when he returned.
However, there has been deaths of volunteers at Porton Down itself, and accusations of deaths caused by testing years after they volunteered.

I imagine anyone parachuting anywhere near porton down would come down to earth rather more quickly than planned

If the cops had just ignored you this video would not see the light of day. The more they keep giving content the longer the audit will last.

I partially agree. I don't think they can ignore it when it comes to areas like this. Although it should have been a shorter interaction, a random person walking around an area like this is something to discuss with that person. If these cops at the met or any other station this man had filmed, there would be a lot better view of the police because of his videos, alas the met is another beast.

When he say it's invisible to the public, you never know what's going on underground, these kind of places will often have underground facilities to facilitate whatever thay need to keep out of the general publics eyes mate
