Hey there! I just stumbled upon your awesome content on UA-cam and I've been absolutely hooked! Your skills and craftsmanship are truly inspiring. I've got a small woodworking shop near the California border in Mexico, and I've been struggling on making it better. Your channel showcases exactly the kind of future I envision for myself.
I was wondering if there's any chance of getting an internship with your incredible company. Having a mentor like you to guide me would be an absolute dream come true. I'm passionate about automation and I believe your expertise could help me take my shop to new heights.
Looking forward to hearing from you and possibly exploring this opportunity further. Keep up the fantastic work!

Great conversation guys, looking forward to more! Very good point at the end about buying the best tool first, something i believe, yet fail to do at times...always takes its toll.

As far as finding work and contracts, did you guys go out and bid for jobs on different websites? Or did the job come to you through your website? Did you guys do a lot of advertising?

You mentioned keeping money in the business. Did you pay cash for the machinery upgrades or finance them?

Would you say the experience at you got from other firms such as Fetzer were crucial to your success? Or could you have went all in on business from the start?
How do you delegate admin/management tasks that you are unable to do yourself and find the right employee to hire/do so?
Would you say a business partner is necessary in the cabinet industry if you're looking to scale 2.5M+?
