people who find female idols shaking their hips "too sexual" are the same ppl who thirst over male idols doing hip thrusts, literally ripping their shirts off showing their abs smh.
The statements said about “suggestive” songs are honestly a personal issue like I watch bubble pop and looked at lyrics and thought ok pretty suggestive but I don’t think a suggestive language should hinder such a banger
YEAH KBS is very Crazy Korean Channel I've ever seen like what people will just watch KTL and then copying Rosé driving a car without a seatbelt . Overreacting 🙄

I guess I can see why they would ban the seatbelt thing because there were serious accidents with a lot of kpop idols not putting on their seatbelts getting serious injuries and with what happened to ladies code 😔 I still can’t forget about that. I know it is just an MV too but idk. I didn’t notice her not having a seatbelt until now.
Funny how when the actual (female) artists create their OWN themes, choreography, and design within a MV; they are seen as "controversial" and can be banned; yet, when the (female) artists practically have NO say so in the production of the video concepts then it's totally fine to perform the songs on stage (even when the outfits are even MORE risque AND some of the performers may even be underaged). Double-standard and hypocritical much?
I recall Rainbow’s dance for A getting changed because they pulled up their shirts. And no, not like you saw their bra or something that is actually suggestive. I think it may have been KBS and only where they censored how high they lifted it, but I’m sure boy groups have lifted their shirts higher nor had none. Even Gain during Paradise Lost had to cut out a part of her dance where she flipped around to showed her butt (4MINUTE’s Crazy had a butt backup into the camera and the camera zoomed in on it, and that wasn’t banned) and then the vagina tap too, despite the song was mature, pretty sure boy groups have touched their crouch, and both were barely longer than a second. Lots of censorship for girl groups and not boy groups and the fact many underage idols have been sexualized with no blowback from these channels. It’s messed up, royally.
South Park creators would get a reject for "something" offensive, so they would redo it and make it more offensive and it would be totally fine ;-) Also, banning a video will make it more popular.
i remember a f.cuz mv being banned due to members having dyed hair in school, listening to music in class, leaving class early, and having fights. the mv was about dealing with ones own issues and overcoming them
I feel like KBS specifically picks on artists because the amount of songs that are more provocative and show more violence in scenes then the ones mentioned above exist and have been aired on music bank e.g Mini Skirt , Up and Down , Blood, sweat and tears, Something, Bubble pop , Lip and hip, Baby don't stop, Hush , Bad boy, Russian Roulette, 24 hours, full moon, Tail and probably most of Jay Park songs and many more.
I hate how a lot of times bans are double standarded and ridiculous (banning dance moves in girl group songs but not for boy groups or barely doing it)
The fact that they banned some videos that were too spicy lmao, at least they’re not like American music videos, I think they need to chill and be happy they’re not like Megan Thee Stallion or Cardi B’s videos 💀💀 I mean it would make sense if they were like those, but they’re not even that bad lmao
To be honest i do understand the reason for kill this love even tho it’s such a small detail but for example in tv commercials where there are people driving that same principle of wearing the seat belt is enforced, so i see why they would do that in a music video where they are NOT showing the consequences of driving without one
In the case of Catallena... the girls are actually breathing heavily while under the plastic wrap, as if they are suffocating... so while i think banning something isn' the answer, i do understand why someone would have felt uncomfortable with that.
Not only that but in "Gentleman" by PSY there are many other things He is seen disrespecting women(making one trip on purpose, pushing another) He was also seen sexually touching one girl who was 15-20 years younger than him And he was consuming alcohol. There were certain inappropriate zoom-in in the mv. The phase mother-father gentleman is inappropriate in it's own and as we know He took off the top of one girl Bullied children But still KBS is concerned about their tRafFIc CoNes
I always find it very odd when female Idols are called out for being sexy mainly because that's what they want. Like honestly first off girl groups and female solo artist you will hear them more often walking the streets of South Korea than you will ever hear boy groups being played Girl groups are huge not only are they're immensely popular but a girl group is more likely to garnish fans and better popularity if they come out with a more sexier concept not necessarily straight up sexy but anything that's remotely hinting at being sexy. And I always found it odd how it's like this is what they want companies and even a lot of fans or it's like having Idols act more their age or not have to act super cute all the time. Yet as soon as we get these more mature concepts everything is nitpick people will complain that the song is really just a cute song masquerading as a mature sexy song or they'll complain that the song is too sexy or the song is perfect within the music video isn't McLaren off sexy enough for the song lyrics and what the songs about or it's way too sexy and its just odd AF like wtf? Like what are female Idols supposed to do?
Cantallena: Here is a depiction how idols are basically objects of trade and are devalued with time just as a fish that loses it!s fresness by the end of the day. KBS: Omg we can't show our trade ob- ehm slave- ehm idols as food lol some people would get really hurt knowing that
I mean I get that some fans do what they see their idols do. Giving a warning first is better than banning their music on the spot. Maybe the idols could of changed the little scene, repost and then problem could be solved.

At least we know what to get kbs for Christmas 😂
@moods ! 😂
Winner’s Island cracks me up sooo much
"It's to stimulating"
I'm gonna use that excuse
I hate how a lot of times bans are double standarded and ridiculous (banning dance moves in girl group songs but not for boy groups or barely doing it)
and the fact that those songs that are banned are fans favorite..lol
about cherry bomb, this is the first time EVER I'm actually on SM's side (probably the only one too)
The fact that they banned some videos that were too spicy lmao, at least they’re not like American music videos, I think they need to chill and be happy they’re not like Megan Thee Stallion or Cardi B’s videos 💀💀 I mean it would make sense if they were like those, but they’re not even that bad lmao
KBS: *Bans Lotto*
Ko Ko Bop: I'm not even here, I'm hallucination.
Also when drunk dazed was banned in gyms for having too many beats 💀
Why is it “inappropriate” to ban a mv because someone is dressed as a mermaid? Wtf? Little kids dress as mermaids!!!
KBS banning these MV's meanwhile Cardi B's WAP is still not banned lmao
Korea society lives in the 60s with buildings and technology from 2035 or something.
To be honest i do understand the reason for kill this love even tho it’s such a small detail but for example in tv commercials where there are people driving that same principle of wearing the seat belt is enforced, so i see why they would do that in a music video where they are NOT showing the consequences of driving without one
Imagine if Kbs listened to 34+35 by Ariana Grande and WAP by Cardi B. They’ll loose their will to live and I certainly won’t be at their funeral
In the case of Catallena... the girls are actually breathing heavily while under the plastic wrap, as if they are suffocating... so while i think banning something isn' the answer, i do understand why someone would have felt uncomfortable with that.
Not only that but in "Gentleman" by PSY there are many other things
He is seen disrespecting women(making one trip on purpose, pushing another)
He was also seen sexually touching one girl who was 15-20 years younger than him
And he was consuming alcohol.
There were certain inappropriate zoom-in in the mv.
The phase mother-father gentleman is inappropriate in it's own
and as we know
He took off the top of one girl
Bullied children
But still
KBS is concerned about their tRafFIc CoNes
KBS: Omg we can't show our trade ob- ehm slave- ehm idols as food lol some people would get really hurt knowing that
Spy case is the most ridiculous 😨😨😨
KBS - We don’t let idols live because no violating traffic you guys
Korean Banning Station, I'm wheezing LMFAO😭
KBS always does this with every literal K-Pop song I can think of. They need to chill.
Instead of Korean Broadcasting System it should be Korean Banning System
And now, Twice just got 'Iconic' banned by KBS because they say the word "Damn" 💀
Bro I swear I want to take down KBS literally there jod is to banned songs this is ridiculous👿👎
This was an interesting a freaking hilarious video. I needed this. Thank you so much!
I just realised something: KBS stands for...
K-Korean
B-Banning
S-System
KBS, Korean Broadcasting System, more like Korean Banning Service
You r really a K-POP version of anna oop
No, she is a K-POP Anna Oop.
@Ryujin's Shoulders ya, lmao 🤣
😭
Yes, I totally agree !!! If she gave a fave reveal then she will totally be Anna oop for kpop
@Ryujin's Shoulders I sleep with 200 beds 👁 👄 👁-
Kpop artists: i-
KBS- BANNED
I mean I get that some fans do what they see their idols do. Giving a warning first is better than banning their music on the spot. Maybe the idols could of changed the little scene, repost and then problem could be solved.
