I felt the script tried to white-wash the German character when he describes with deep pride the greatness of the Bauhaus Movement in late 20's and early 30's Germany of which he tries to emulate in the design on his drawing board. Does he realize how many skilled modern architects, many Jewish who were forced to flee Nazi Germany or suffer? I live in Tel-Aviv and see the Bauhaus style all around me since so many German Jews came to Mandate Palestine and established the White City which is Tel-Aviv.
