I think she was being sarcastic and playing on the gender stereotypes since lego building is not really a masculine activity and could potentially even be considered childish, and usually we assume that women aren't into "masculine" activities such as car racing or sports but here she is breaking that stereotype and by saying "cuz I'm a woman" in this context the phrase does not mean "I don't like masculine stuff" it rather means "I'm grown up and don't get envolved with childish things (*unlike some of these men*)" I think that was rather clever of her

Watching these interviews make me realize just how little the actors' actual vibe and personalities were worked into the script. Jacob would've been more realistic if they allowed Taylor to play as himself instead of the angsty teenager with no life outside of OMGBELLA.
I don't know why but I felt that Kristen kept picking taylor for most of it even for the most obvious ones such as the president question probably cuz they were broken up at this time.
