Becca Bullard Cookie jars are glass but the lids are metal! If it is made of a metal attracted to magnets then if she glues the magnets around the rim of the cookie jars especially the one the lid will fall off of easily, then the magnets would hold the lid in place for her and keep it from falling yet still be openable just by giving it a little pull! I guess if the metal isn't attracted to magnets then she can line up and glue magnets or a magnet and a piece of metal that is attracted and that way it will work no matter what type of lid she needs to hold in place!!😊 yay magnets!!!! Good idea Lynn Dunn!!!!

I came across your channel when you were building the last bedroom, but never kept up with it all. I watched this tonight and found myself completely engrossed, so have decided to subscribe. I love watching all the people who build tiny houses and yurts, but I have to say..........I would give anything to be able to life in one of your bedrooms. I am a little too old now to make any moves like that, but think it is a wonderful idea. I live in a small one bedroom apartment and am alone, and just being with family all around and yet have your own SPACE to retreat to would be so great. I know that you are aware of how lucky you all are, but I need to tell you anyway. I will be waiting to see all the bedrooms (as you call them) and getting to know all of you by name. 💜

If the lid falls off easily use an elastic band around the lid to make a tighter fit! You probably thought of that and tried it but thought I would say it anyway.

Super glue some magnets on the inside rim of the cookie jars.
Lynn Dunn if I remember correctly, the cookie jar is glass...but that would definitely be a great idea for an all metal jar.

Cookie jars are glass but the lids are metal! If it is made of a metal attracted to magnets then if she glues the magnets around the rim of the cookie jars especially the one the lid will fall off of easily, then the magnets would hold the lid in place for her and keep it from falling yet still be openable just by giving it a little pull! I guess if the metal isn't attracted to magnets then she can line up and glue magnets or a magnet and a piece of metal that is attracted and that way it will work no matter what type of lid she needs to hold in place!!😊 yay magnets!!!! That's a good idea. I was thinking make a thin wax seal, because I don't think the lid is a magnetic metal. But, 2 well placed magnets would probably work. 👍

Glue a small magnet on the inside of the cookie jar. That will keep the lid tight.

I came across your channel when you were building the last bedroom, but never kept up with it all. I watched this tonight and found myself completely engrossed, so have decided to subscribe. I love watching all the people who build tiny houses and yurts, but I have to say..........I would give anything to be able to life in one of your bedrooms. I am a little too old now to make any moves like that, but think it is a wonderful idea. I live in a small one bedroom apartment and am alone, and just being with family all around and yet have your own SPACE to retreat to would be so great. I know that you are aware of how lucky you all are, but I need to tell you anyway. I will be waiting to see all the bedrooms (as you call them) and getting to know all of you by name. 💜

If the lid falls off easily use an elastic band around the lid to make a tighter fit! You probably thought of that and tried it but thought I would say it anyway.
