Generalized anxiety disorder haver here. I fall asleep to youtube videos every night. My go-to is Markiplier playing Uno with Bob and Wade. Been a fan of his for years, and there's just something about him playing a simple card game with friends that just calms my nerves and quiets my brain. (Even with Wade screaming about bot Barbara every few turns, lmao)
I do this too. I fall asleep to Good Mythical Morning every night, I tend to turn on one of their marathons.

I fall asleep with a headphone in watching youtube every night 😅 I have really bad insomnia, and paired with ADHD, it’s one of the only ways to keep my brain entertained and quiet until exhaustion takes over. Content varies, but sometimes I just shuffle old GMM seasons since they’re surprisingly comforting!
