Người Việt trải qua nhiều khó khăn trong quá khứ. Nên họ chọn cho mình cách sống linh hoạt. Làm mọi việc với điều kiện ở mức tối thiểu. Đó cũng là cách sống rồi. Nhưng tư duy làm lớn đang được xây dựng. Tôi tin đây là giai đoạn thú vị để bạn trải nghiệm cuộc sống ở Việt Nam. Việt Nam đang tao ra không gian để mọi người nhanh chóng học hỏi và phát triển.
Good observations. I really enjoy the video. I grew up in Vietnam but have lived in the US for a long time so I also notice stuff like this. You still see it, it’s just becoming normal. A couple of things from your video: 1) on that ice water thing, I think most people refuse to drink ice water because before refrigerators become common in homes, most ice is industrially made. And you know tap water in Vietnam is not safe to drink without boiling. Most households these days have water dispensers and large jugs of water for drinking and sometimes cooking. For this reason, ice made from that kind of water was probably not safe and people got sick from it. Another reason probably originated from (Chinese) traditional medicine where hot/warm water, drink, soup are considered good for your gut and internal organs. 2) about that meat from baby animal thing. What you ate is called veal and it’s not uncommon in the US. Veal, or baby cow’s meat, is sold at most grocery stores in the US. It’s just more expensive, harder to cook so if it’s not commonly eaten. I think it’s probably the same in Vietnam, it’s not something people eat every day.

Đó dường như là mode của thời nhưng giờ giói trẻ hiếm có người để móng tay dài như vậy nữa nhất là ở thành phố. còn ở nông thôn thì có thể có nhiều người hơn vẫn theo mode cũ.

I have never been to America. As a Vietnamese, I have noticed that there are some things that are very normal in America (I found them through movies) but are not accepted in Vietnam. In the offices of companies, banks or police stations, there are men sitting with their feet on the table with their shoes. At funerals or attending church services, many people wear dark glasses at the most important moments such as giving a eulogy or lowering the coffin. I also heard that in the US, if you want to collect rainwater to water plants from your roof, you must ask permission from the local government. As an American, can you tell me if that's true?
Americans really do wear their shoes too much! It drives me nuts! I've been to several churches and funerals, and never seen people wear glasses. Maybe if some wears glasses at a funeral, its to hide their tears. And I've never heard that rule about the rainwater. Maybe it's true in some areas! The U.S. is a big place, and laws can vary state to state.
I usually don’t turn off a water while taking a shower as well. It doesn’t matter

Believe it or not removing ear wax using finger nail is a more effective tool than Q tips. Dr recommended not to use q tips because you pushing the wax back inside 😂😂

Hello. để tui giải thích cho cậu hen, theo như tui biết thì phát âm thành "đì" là do các từ đằng sau bắt đầu bằng các từ "u e o a i" - là nguyên âm, còn phát âm là "the" bình thường là các từ còn lại á - phụ âm. lấy ví dụ như the ocean, the umbrella, the answer, the ice,...

As a Vietnamese who studied in the American and now living in district 1, it’s a shame to say that Vietnam is a third world slum country because of the mediocrity mindset of the people. IE: people don’t care much for the environment they live in, so they litter indiscriminately. They don’t have the consideration for others, so they disregard the rule of law.
Rất đáng tiếc văn hóa dân ba xàm bầm dập sanh ra con người sinh sống thiếu ý thức vứt rác bừa bãi, thiếu trật tự lộn xộn ôn ào. Vì vậy có xây nhà cao cửa rộng thành phố xã hội cũng vẫn là ổ chuột.
