Bianchi makes the X15 extra large vertical carry shoulder holster that is good for carrying the long barrel Anaconda or the long barrel 629. I have a 686+ 6" and a 629 Classic 6½", but I have always longed for the Colt Anaconda 8". I looked for one for a couple of years in local gun shops, but eventually gave up. Thanks for letting me dream through your video!

Back in the '80s I got to spend a lot of time with an old Python. Best shooting, and most accurate revolver of ANY caliber I've ever shot, to this day.

The plow handle like on a Ruger .44 magnum rolls in your hand unlike the rubber grip with a hump at the top to absorb the recoil on DA revolver.

I picked up a Taurus 454 casul several years ago expecting to use it for hog hunting. But afterwards found out I had cancer, fought it, now a survivor , but back to the gun found out it had a problem locking the cylinder in. So I sent it out to Taurus to get fixed. Once fixed looking to sell and get me a 44.

I have had a Anaconda for many years, bought it mid 90s. My first revolver as I was 19 years old. 😊
After, I mean 20.000 rounds, the barrel was killed last year.
It was an good revolver. Not a S&W target champion, but strong and accuracy enaugh for me.
Bought no new .44Magnum. I get older....
    .38Special is now my favourite.😅

The laws changed in Canada and I had to buy my dream guns so I purchased one of these ….. the ammo is expensive up here. My range captain is going to show me the ins and out this week …. Can’t wait ! PS : I paid almost $3900.00 CDN to get this I wanted it so bad …. It is a good looking firearm and does what it is supposed to do. We are not allowed suppressors in Canada.

Just picked up a Colt Python about a month ago. The day I went to puck it up this gun was in the display case where my Python had been. It never fails when I go to pick up a firearm, there will always be one that I'll want to get right then and there.

Hey Hickok, I bought some wooden grips from this place in Sparta, Tn called Deer Hollow Enterprises and they are top notch they are replicas of the old python grips. I bought them for my new 2020 python, and I like them a lot better than the factory grips and they look exactly like the original old python factory grips. Just throwing that out there if you want some factory like wooden grips, they do a awesome job.

Stumbled on one of these in a small local gunshop & snapped it up! Put on a Burris 2x7x32 scope on a Weigan mount and it is a super tack driver! Even without the scope, recoil was very manageable due to to the pistols weight.
