@@johnlionel9453 The issue is that freeze card literally play solitaire, thats why people hated freeze mage, because it literally does not allow you to play the game.
If you want to go down that slipper slope, ok, lets print 3 cards that are non legendary that prevent your opponents from playing spells, this way just like mage prevents people from playing minions or using them we can prevent mage from doing anything 5 turns in a row, see how fun it is?

Modern yugioh is so much about one turn 5 negates, abusing cards from other archetypes in engines hurting the og players, and broken handtraps that the lack of actions on the opponent turn seems more like sth positive for me

That last game was genuinely triggering.
It was, but I really felt for that Mage, and so did Trump. They were the real underdog in that duel. They were Yugi to Trump's Kaiba. They completely bullshitted their way out of the game, but if the seats were reversed, we'd be probably be rooting for them.
Dont feel bad for trump he is playing a 6/7 worth of stats on turn 4 😂.But at the same time if he was playing any non meta good deck i would feel super sorry for him because i play big warrior and mogu rogue and this shit happens everytime i play either of them so i end up stalling the rope the whole game out of spite lmao, Fuck Mage.

@@BigDaddy-hz4mh I haven't been having too much trouble with priest and mage, not that hard to out-value them. Especially priest as long as you can shut down their 2 mass revives.
When Quest Pally starts cloning eggs and mech dragons it can get pretty out of hand too. That's why I also run 2 earth shocks, a hex and Zentimo.
I probably have too much removal in the deck but I like being in control. Spell Discovery can't be relied on.
Most of the games I seem to be losing are against beast hunter. Mainly due to Charge. Unleash the hounds and Rhino get too much face damage in. Thinking maybe I should replace Former Champs with Giggling Inventors.

Haha, I dusted my ‘floop’ card. .the one that give you mana. . .the one that opens up a new mana crystal for each creature you control is fairly nice. .outside of first week. .dont think I’ve seen anyone else play it.
Great news you don't need to recraft it. It is mostly bad in this deck. Replace it with a tree speaker or a dendroligist probably the latter
I think it's inconsistent that Treants don't have a Treant tag, when the tribe has been sort-of pushed for the last couple of expansions. But then Blizz is consistently inconsistent when it comes to Hearthstone, and i'M sTilL mAD at the Masked Contender/Emerald Spellstone not working the way the cards state they should
Emerald spellstone: Play a secret to upgrade.
Masked contender: If you control a secret: cast a secret from your deck.
Play =/= cast, intentional interaction.
To be fair though, Blizzard hasn't printed a treant card that hasn't included treant in the name yet so there's no real need for a tag. Until they start printing treants that are named differently or when they print a non treant that includes the word in the name would there be a need for an actual tribe.

@@slicknicdwyer Yeah no problem, they also changed it as it was inconsistent with secretkeeper's "whenever a Secret is played" since they didn't want to push the tier 1 archetype even more.
I still think the deck is solid, that mage match was just a direct mismatch. It was also really funny to watch.
