Meet Todd Brandon Morris, the founder of OUT-FIT, a functional fitness gym in NYC that’s giving new meaning to the word “strength.”

As Todd describes it, it’s “a community of diverse individuals that have similar life experiences and a shared passion for strength and conditioning.” OUT-FIT was founded in 2014 to “encourage athletes to achieve extraordinary physical goals while maintaining mental health and promoting social equality.”

For the past 10 years, OUT-FIT has been serving the LGBTQ+ community both at home in NYC and far beyond, thanks in part to its message-first apparel line. Sold online and shipped to over 30 countries thus far, Todd hopes their tees will ultimately increase LGBTQ+ visibility in the fitness space.

For Todd, the positive ripple effects of this extend far beyond the gym. “It’s way harder to discriminate against a person than it is an idea.”
