You should inject the same amount of air into the vial as you intend to draw out of the Mounjaro. If not, eventually you will have a difficult time drawing out the medication. She should have injected 50 of air just prior to withdrawing the 50 out, without having to remove the needle. Air in, medication out. Same syringe and needle. One stick into the vial. I hope this is clear.
Probably a dumb question but I’m supposed to do .25ml once a week. I have 50 unit syringes. How much do I fill the syringe to get .25ml ? Having trouble converting it.
That’s half the syringe. If 100 units is = to 1ml, 50 units is = to .5ml, 25 units is .25ml…. It’s just like a quarter to a dollar and your syringe is 50 cents.
My tirzepatide is going very slowly into the syringe when I pull it back even though I injected air first into the syringe. Then I am having a bit of foam at the top of the vial. What could I be doing wrong? And thanks for this video!
It absolutely is NOT. Anyone who says so is lying. Eli Lilly has multiple ongoing lawsuits with compounding pharmacies who claim that it is. I guarantee you get what you pay for with the real deal. Think about this; how would compounding pharmacies make any money if we're 100 percent semaglutide or tirzepatide. Read the lawsuits.
I have a 5mg of Tirezpatide it says doe me to add Bac stat water in the Tirezpatide vial but it doesn't tell me how Plus, the directions I got were .5 every day of the week that would equal 2.5 a week than after 4 weeks up it
If u are on 2.5 mg dose and have 10 mg tirz vial. Reconstitute the tirz with 1ml of bac water. Some people do 1.1 or 1.2 bac just in case there are slight inaccuracies qhen drawing up. Then use a 1ml/1cc insulin syringe and draw up 25 units for ur dose. If u have 20mg tirz double it=2ml bac water etc
Somewhere between .5ml (50 units) to a full 1ML (or 100 units). You can use peptidecalc's calculator for further clarification on dosing. p.s. i've read that 1 mg equals to 1000 mcg or vice-versa.
Is 5MG qty2 50 units of 2.5MG weekly is this the lowest dose to start with Tirzepatide? I just got mine but I feel 50 units is too much to start? With?
@pattyl.3290 I was started at 20 units for 4 weeks with 10 unit increases every 4 weeks after that. The manufacturers recommendation was 25 units for 4 weeks initially.
Hi, I just back home after 2 months out and I would like to know if it’s possible to get my first shot arrived almost 2 months ago? It was insade the refrigerator and inside the original boxes all the time. Do you think that still ok to inject the first dose?
I am thinking about starting this as the Zepbound shortage continues. However, that needle looks like it HURTS! My pens are so easy to use and I don't feel them. Also, what happens if I get an air bubble in there that I don't notice - is it going to kill me???
It really doesn't hurt at all. I just started today. Really easy and it's a tiny needle. It does seem more complicated than the pen, but it's really not bad at all. 😊
And you won't be injecting into a vien, you take a fold of your skin and inject. Also, if you get the medicine to the top and see it bubble over, it's all good. I think the risk for air harming you is super low.

Good point! We usually don’t have an issue drawing it up without injecting air but you bring up a good point!
That’s what I was concerned about. Who tf draws something like that
Thank you
So....inject the needlepoint into the medication vial, then push the air in and while still in the bottle pull the medication out?
This is the clearest, most concise explanation I've seen, thanx!
What pharmacy makes the Tirzepatide ‘s compound that no2go uses? How can the spa ensures that the compound is legit?
We use several compounding pharmacies. The pharmacy should be licensed and comply with usp and cGMP and other fda guidelines and oversight

You should be cleaning the side prior to injection as well
While that is usual practice there isn’t much evidence it helps prevent any infection in non-institutional settings
In the video it does not show where to inject , where in your body
