I’ve been using Mounjarno for 3 months 7.5 strength & I’ve gained weight, not lost. I initially I lost weight on Ozempic after 3 months & continued losing until I could no longer get supplied. The weight came back. Now on Mounjarno, there’s no weight loss. What has happened?
Hello, thank you for your comment! It appears that you will need to reconsider your medication dosage because you may be at a plateau right now, or you will need to ask your doctor if you should take Wegovy because your body may respond better to Semaglutide. We would suggest having a look at the video that we will link in our comment here, and we would also definitely encourage you to speak to your healthcare provider about your situation because the decision to change medications should be validated by a professional doctor. Please check this video for more information: ua-cam.com/video/ekRXGKf0yCM/v-deo.html. Hope this helps! 🙌
Hi I have a question please as I had to start on the low dose 2.5 mg and I do everything I can with weights exercise, drink water and eat what I can as I weighed myself today it’s week 2 and only lost 100grams which is disappointing as it’s expensive . My question is can I as I have the one pen with four doses instead of 2.5mg on Monday could I use the last two doses together as it would be for week 3 and 4 thanks. Could my doctor put me up to 7.5 mg and not 5 mg as it’s not doing much thank you
Hello, thank you for your comment! Adjusting medication dosage is a topic best discussed directly with your healthcare provider, who can guide you based on your unique health needs and goals. It’s important to share openly with your doctor about your progress and concerns regarding your current dose, as this will help them assess whether adjustments are needed or if alternative treatments, like Zepbound, might be worth considering. Keep up the great work with your healthy habits, and wishing you the best on your journey! 🙌
Hello thank you for your question! Many medications can affect the menstrual cycle. While we have never heard about this specifically for Mounjaro, after a quick search we found out that some patients do report an impact on their periods, such as increased symptoms, headaches, and delays. It's important to note that these are not officially recognized side effects, and there are no studies confirming this. You should continue your treatment during your periods, as Mounjaro is supposed to be taken every week without interruption. If you have any doubts or concerns, we recommend talking to your doctor or local GP for further advice. Hope this helps! 😀🙌
I take my pen out of the fridge 15 mins before I take my injection. It cuts down on the stinging. I also found that my abdomen was the least painful injection sight. Most of the time, I don’t even feel the needle.
Very clear demonstration shown of how to use this pen, if yours is slightly different then follow the instructions that came with it or look for a video for that specific pen by the manufacturer. There are at least two different pen options for the Mounjaro injection just depends on what the pharmacy provided you with.
Video doesn’t state that the pen is a one-time use. Once injected, discard.
I didn’t feel anything at all. Is his normal?
Great informational video. Easy to follow and use.

No instruction on how to choose and select the site, how to hold the skin, nothing.
I unlocked it and then pulled the grey end of and it shot all over. That was before I looked up these videos😮
Guess I just wasted a weeks worth? Cuz it won't re-lock
Monjaro injects way faster than Ozempic
The needles are so big… it hurts!!😢
I don't feel the Injection at all
Rub a piece of ice on the area before injection ❤
