I think you might need to box the hot tub in with wood so you can back fill it. You don’t want all the dirt up against the sides of the hot tub!! Garden looks epic though will be awesome when it’s finished

you could get a outdoor projector
Make sure you implement a false floor to allow access to your hot tub for maintenance purposes. And as well as running electric, run you water so it can be connected before lining and stoning the floor, hidden pipes like and cables give it a cleaner look, similar to hiding computer cables.

if you do more soil/turf or rubble removal that isn't too close to the skip itself then a 1 tonne skip loader might help to save you from using the wheelbarrow all day
