I've never been more unimpressed by someone's analysis of a subject. This guy is ex-CIA and he has the most trash understanding of the situation I've ever heard from someone with his background. Shocking.
I remember a couple of years ago he had a opinion about Brexit and he was so far off I doubted he even know what the EU even is and why the Brits wanted to leave. Believe me it’s not for the reasons he gave
His answers are razor sharp and to straight the point, it's excellent analysis and exactly what I would want from an analyst. Better than anyone I've seen on the news. What do people think he's saying nothing - what are they expecting to hear?

First off, he's retired so he's out of the scene. Second, he wasn't an analyst. So his subject matter expertise is not on geopolitics. I believe he was a case officer. Different skill set.
