We have an STH-10 where I live and I am a volunteer fire fighter for Dansville Fire Department and will be transitioning to Geneseo Fire Department which also houses ambulances. They have a Sterling Siren next to their station. Both Fire Departments are in NY State.

Siren’s a Federal Signal Model 7, but it sounds exactly like a Federal Signal Model 5, which I’ve heard.

also its a VOLUNTEER COMPANY meaning they have to DRIVE from where they are at.
Really depends on the call. In my department in nj, we always rushed when it mattered.
