    Great to see someone didn't forget their early schooling arts and crafts! Every other crawler track video uses that expensive plaster wrap and expanding foam.

    Love this doing a monster with a coffin in the mountain face. It shouldn’t be to bad for my first one. I’ll make a cemetery entrance to it…!! I purchased all kinds of stuff I fused gauze glues tape sticks popsicle sticks and timber sizes for structures foam to spray is nice for terrains to scale. This is a hell of a more efficient way, by far… bob ross it away, good job dude killed it…!!!

    A heck of a lot cheaper to go paper mache method than buying the plaster sheets. I enjoyed the use of classical music and your narration

    Been working on an modular course also only using whatever free stuff is around. Budget builds are the best.

And nice job using paper mache. Free and looks better than the plaster cloth. The plaster cloth always shows through. Have fun!

      @@wreckemrc 😁 I was born back East. I'm planning to do some 2x2 sections of course. I'm thinking each section with have 4 sides, so when combined with more and more sections they can make an infinitely variable course. And vatious shapes. One long line or a big square or an "L".

    Id love to build a big course like that, but i don't have the room. I build little parts in a box I pull out and set up when I want to crawl

    • @wreckemrc
      @wreckemrc  13 днів тому

      @Marcus-xl9kr Yeah I'm the same way. Unfortunately this course has been in storage out in the garage because I don't have the room to keep it set up in the house. I just pull out the smaller obstacles when I want to play in the living room.

      @wreckemrc i made a little mud pit today and poured 10,000 bbs in it, ran through it and spilled a bunch of bbs everywhere😅 spent some time trying to pick up as many as I could when I was done! Might not need the whole jug next time

    Very well done sir 😎 that is the most fantastic pile of litter I have ever seen. Well done with the results that you have achieved with this🧐 me and my son really want to do something like this, we have been getting little bits and pieces of obstacles together but nothing as good as this 🤩 could you let me know how it has held up? Has your wheels spinning scuffed the finish or eaten into the paper machè or anything? I'm thinking about using your method 🤔 but I might layer some epoxy based varnish on the dry paper machè before I lay the primer down to make it tougher 🤷‍♂️..... obviously I'll key the finish on the epoxy before attempting the primer though 😎👍
    It kinda looks like the top of some spooky geezer's head protruding from the ground 💀👌 I think it's great! Im sure my son will feel the same when I show him this 😎👍
    Thank you for sharing.

    • @wreckemrc
      @wreckemrc  11 місяців тому

      Hey thanks for checking it out, Its still holding up alright although i had to make room in the house so its kind of put away in storage right now. I might pull it out and make an other video with it. Its pretty solid with enough layers of paper and paint but adding epoxy should make it indestructible. I hope to start working on some new obstacles next week but might be a bit before the video is done.

    interesting, I always used glue and water for paper mache
    I feel like the flour would mold or something

    Quick question: what editing software do you use?

  • @LuiguiWenseslaoMesinaDavalos

    do loved the final result, but must say DO NOT USE FLOUR AND WATER, it will attract roaches, they love that stuff I learned the hard way many years ago due school project, its better to use white glue and water same result.
    If I were you sadly I'll trow it away and do a new one. cheers.

    • @wreckemrc
      @wreckemrc  Рік тому +1

      That's interesting. I'm not sure if location is a factor in that or what because we have been doing paper mache crafts for years and have never had that problem. I can't help but to imagine a kid at the front of a class with their volcano science project erupting with roaches lol

    • @LuiguiWenseslaoMesinaDavalos
      @LuiguiWenseslaoMesinaDavalos Рік тому

      @@wreckemrc LOL yeah it was a piñata and the original material are just like the paper mache crafts but even the original piñatas are now made with glue due to that issue with critters like roaches yikes! so yeah location and also what you did to cover it all with paint may help prevent it a bit, but I'll say its matter of time due the flour its food for them XD if I were you just next project do it with glue you will get the same results as with the mache but without the risk. just saying, loved your mini crawler course I just finished mine, made it with styrofoam, so easy to carb and shape. can't wait to see what upgrades you do int he future to your course and rigs, cheers.
