  • Quick blast around our 1/24 crawler course.
This course has been a 5 month project, 12 months if you count watching a crazy amount of tutorials. Over the months we’ve been inspired by other crawler course of all build materials and scale size. One thing we picked up on was the detail in the overall finish on many indoor courses. Some great driving lines but finished with spray paint and uncut expanding foam. We’ve tried to go for a war gaming levels of scenery detail but with loads of challenging lines. The realistic look was more luck, than planned. We’ll explain how we achieved this look soon plus give you our favourite tutorials or artists to look out for.
Leave comments to name areas of the course or give us suggestions on what we should do next.
More vids coming soon highlighting each area on the course. (Get those names in). You’ll be surprised how many line options this course has and how many more line names we might need.
    Thanks for watching.

This coarse is off the hook, I mean yes it is crazy realistic looking but the coarse itself is awesome because there is so many obstacles and routes to take in such a small footprint. This is by far the best I have seen on UA-cam so far and I have been watching alot of vids to get ready for my build. I have two issues I have to overcome, #1 my elderly father (85 yr) can't make it much further than the living room so it needs to be light weight and very very portable, #2 I have a super super capable buggy with furitek komodo and has the 15t with overdrive and 3s so it's fast, 8mm each side wide and stretched the front so wide and long and has every brass weights with rear steer and on and on so my point is the coarse has to be both easy for pops and super hard for my crazy monster buggy. I love your 3 tear idea more coarse less space that was already in my head but the way you did it was amazing so I'm going to borrow alot of your ideas if your ok with that. Thanks for sharing you did an outstanding job.

Totally amazing and very lifelike course. Mine is huge and wild AF at this point. It looks like a Fear and Loathing Fever Dream but its fun and super challenging.

At first I was like, hey a bearded dragon enclosure! I have been pondering making a dual purpose enclosure for a dragon and to drive around. Very cool work.

Not that it needs it but (and I forget the name of the company that makes them) but there's mini bushes and trees and stuff used for dioramas that would be the icing on the cake for this course. To add one more level of excellence.

Totally awesome build. It reminds me of the rock work on super high end swimming pools where it takes forever to find anyone talented enough to accomplish this type of work. It would be real cool if you added a waterfall but that's easy for me to say sitting here in my chair admiring this beautiful terraform marvel. Great job 💯👍

Really really nice looking - I just ordered my first crawler (sdx24 bronco / still pending release in Europe) - as for suggestions I would take some grass tufts (model trains or wargaming) and put some between the rocks - this will get you even closer to a realistic look

Does it have a wooden frame inside to help carry the weight of the upper levels?

Around £200. Some on polystyrene sheets but mostly on cans of expanding foam.
Hours, hours, hours!!!! Took around 3-4 months of evenings and weekends but well worth it. Get used almost every day.
