My boat is the same way. I am going to cut a 4 inch hole in the inside of the anchor locker to have access then cover it with a round inspection hatch. LAg bolts scare me lol
Howdy from Utah. I'm about to pickup the xi3 gps. Looking for a quick release. Thought I'd do the plastic / lexan.. whatever it is with the pin but it has some slop to it. How is that MotorGuide aluminum one for slop between the two pieces? Thanks Bret
I may be wrong but He mounted the wrong plate to the boat. The small plate goes to the boat and the big plate goes to the trolling motor. Never seen one mounted like this
