Are all the waterfront lots so close together? Lot of the pictures appear as though all the homes are super close, on tiny lots, even when not on the water, but close.

Hey Tom, a big part of the proximity is the Hilton Hotel which is broken down into smaller cabana style units that are closer together. The houses can be as large as you like really ranging from about 600 square feet to 8000 square feet!

Hi will my wife and I just bought a property and haven’t had a Belize. I know property that our taxes are due in April of next year. My question to you is does the country of Belize sends us a bill for the property taxes to our address I’d appreciate any insight in this question thanks again Ruben

Hey Ruben, did capital corporate services do the closing for your property?

@@WillMitchellBelize We put down 50% on the property. And the other 50 we’re going through grand payment services for the monthly installment of the property that’s the only information we have other than the terms of the loan. And we bought a share of IBC that is included with the loan.
