Take it out, cut it into smaller chunks and soak it in banana pepper juice!!! Try it…it is a great little snack!
My mom used to make liver soup, with carrots onion, garlic, peppers, and baked potatoes. He would sliced up the liver real thing and drop it in the boiling broth. Let me tell those country women can make a good meal out of anything.
