He's only sorry because he's been caught. He said it himself, he's had a RELATIONSHIP with someone else. A relationship isn't just a "one time kiss in the club." A relationship is a connection between two people that lasted for periods of time in order to be considered a relationship.
EDIT: so turns out Ned & Alex have been together for a year 🤷🏾‍♀️ Literally called it. And according to some sources, he's been with multiple different women. Alex was the only one he got caught with.

I’ve heard a lot of stories of married men going to work and getting s*xually harassed by the women there and women getting the same treatment. The idea of “unavailable” doesn’t apply to some people. Ultimately, I think The Try Guys did the right thing, even if the relationship was consensual, pretty much no matter who he has had a relationship with in that company, he was most likely in a more powerful position than them. That’s never right…

Ned wasn't fired for cheating, he had a relationship with a coworker he was boss of, so she could argue that there was a power imbalance (and it would be true).
If they fire her she could sue.
They are protecting themselves by not firing her.
Maybe she'll resign on her own.

Whatever Ariel chooses I will be behind her. If she chooses to stay with him? I support her. If she chooses to divorce him? I support her. She is such a sweet and loving person. I hope she can still have her happily ever after.

This is Ned, formerly one of the Try Guys. He, made a mockery of marriage, humiliated his wife, challenged the rules of the try guys - for what? Cheap thrills. The “other” woman loses not much except her reputation in her career. Ned lost friends, his company, his reputation, money, maybe his family.

Considering a few factors, he was her boss, the length of time it went on for (pretty sure it was 6months or longer), and his effort into Alex could of been spent either working on his marriage or with his kids, would mean personally, no matter how sorry he is, i would never forgive and would divorce rather than reconcile no matter what it means. And while im not Ariel, i hope she has really thought if staying is worth it and isnt reconciling because of her kids

So many people cheat all the time. It’s a sad reality and it’s horrible but such is life. His wife will eventually deal with it and she might stay with him or she might leave him. I don’t see why everyone is so up in arms about it because in the greater scheme of things… unless you know these people personally, it doesn’t affect your life in the slightest way. He cheated and that’s horrible but it’s their problem that they need to work out as two adults.

I used to absolutely adore Ned and he was my favorite try guys, mainly because on how "good" of a husband and father he was and how much he "loved" his wife and gushed about her. Whenever I saw him doing that, my hope in humanity and love always grew. And now, wtf is love but a lie.
