The coolest thing about this performance is that you’re doing it in standard tuning and playing all the bar chords. In increasing numbers, I’ve seen people playing in the halfstep tuning. This is refreshing. Love to hear your take on Live’s “Lightning Crashes”, Jon. On that Yamaha, it would sound extra awesome.
Thanks for the kind words. I love the SA2000, and I agree it is a good match for "Lighting Crashes", although I rarely play with that kind of intensity myself these days. I enjoy it's clean sounds. A lot. But I perceive the pickups to be ever so slightly over wound. So that into the right amp, you could park yourself just on the edge of the beast, and control it all through touch. Super glad you enjoyed the performance. This is one of my better and obscure efforts as a songwriter (hell, all my efforts are obscure!)
I’ve uploaded a few of my original songs to a UA-cam channel under my real name (Eric Benjamin Gordon) myself,@@jonpratt7948. It doesn’t sound like what you’ve put on here, but we aren’t supposed to emulate each other directly, are we?

this is so nice!
Amazing performance and great sharing🙂😍🌺🎻
I really love this song. For so many years it was the "great, lost Claude Pate song." Thanks for resurrecting it, Jon!
Happy to do it!! Glad you like it!
Wow, what an awesome guitar sound! 👍👍👍 Cheers - Peter

Groovy little song! I don't ever remember hearing that back in the day. Thumbs down to Thumbs Up!
