I found out I was a celiac about 8 years ago, it’s been really hard trying to find any recipes for gluten free food. My step-dad brought your second book for me last Christmas, it was an inspired gift, it made my Christmas. Being disabled we all struggle to cook meals so I’ve been living off gluten free meals from shops which are difficult to get hold of as there aren’t a lot of those and most of the time they’re gone. I’ve not had a decent Yorkshire pudding in over ten years if not longer because my mom is unable to cook like she used to and can’t get in the kitchen, when she has a good day she helps us cook dinner (this is once every 6 months if that). We all tried these Yorkshire puddings tonight, we added some onions and mixed herbs. These are the best Yorkshire puddings I’ve had, they rose really well, where as the normal Yorkshire pudding we made for the rest of my family didn’t work at all. It was really simple to make and took no time at all to make. I can’t wait to try more recipes from your book, blog and channel! Thank you so much for making Gluten-free food easier for me and my family!
Been doing these for years as my mom used to make them for Sunday roast beef dinner. Now I need to try gluten free recipes as I suspect- waiting for results- IBS so I’m looking forward to trying these. Thank you!
I can't believe you're not using beef tallow! That and one of the ways I love Yorkshire Pudding is with a good drizzle of melted butter, a quick splash of lemon juice and a goodly sprinkle of powdered sugar. Makes for a WONDERFUL desert.
I have been struggling to make gluten free YP’s for some time - tried your recipe yesterday with amazing results - would have been even better if I’d remembered the salt🥴
Samy Alice I have a cooking channel and I would love to share my recipes with you! ❤️ Everything I make is Gluten Free & Dairy Free 😊👩🏻🍳 Have a wonderful day Samy!
Just made these for Sunday lunch, and no one would believe they were GF. My Daughter in law who needs a GF diet loves them. I did use semi skimmed milk in the recipe though and touch of salt. But they came out fine.

Tried these twice this afternoon, I miss Yorkies.. came out like sponge cakes both times followed the recipe exactly 😭 what am I doing wrong? The oil spat crazily when I poured the batter in, and got them straight in the oven.. I've run out of eggs 😂
You might have put too much batter in the muffin trays, which would mess up the required cooking time... if you haven't found another successful recipe, I'd try again using less batter, and don't forget to not open the oven door whilst they're cooking! Have a great Christmas 😊
Corn flour is NOT WHEAT FLOUR, SAME AS BUCKWHEAT FLOUR IS NOT WHEAT, SO neither corn flour /cornstarch, is gluten free.. Best recipe I have ever made. Believe me I have made and tried many including with Gluten free brand named flours. I have been making these for ages.. Sometime they come up really good other times they don’t rise so well even when Fat is smoking. Still edible
Not sure where you’re shopping or buying? but I live in Australia & I buy Corn, Cornflour all the time! You could buy White Wings. Mackenzies, Coles or Woolies brand & they are completely maize (corn) flour.
Lovely Yorkshire pudding but calling them “babies” is a horrible terminology for, anything-that’s a baby…! Regardless of not actually meaning it - your saying it 🤔
I've been using this recipe for a couple of years now due to my wife's gluten allergy. We love this yorkshire pudding. Thanks, Becky!
Best gluten free Yorkshire pudding ever and so easy to do. We make a family size one using this recipe and the rise is great.

Can’t wait to try this recipe. One question, what would you recommend to use instead of corn flour?

Can you use different milk. I'm cows and goats milk intolerant?
Can I do this with almond flour instead of corn flour, and water instead of milk?
Thanks I fond the recipe and printed it out for myself. I am going to try the toad in the hole tonight.
Oooh was recently thinking about looking at recipes for these and like magic this appeared thank you
I can read your mind! 😆 No problem, enjoy! x
To make these egg free, do you think "just eggs" liquid will work ?
Thank you for speaking in your video. Most other videos are just loud music. I will try yours!
Thus is the best gluten free yorkshire puddings recipe.
Please can you share the quantities needed?

it's the same as cornstarch.

@@victoriatucker6271 I agree I have cornstarch which is white and I have corn flour which is yellowish. They have different textures.
They look good Becky. 👍
Thanks Bob, hope you're doing good! x
Is corn flour or corn starch?
Yes
I am not sure about other countries but in Australia corn flour is mostly wheat flour and is not gluten free.
Corn flour is NOT WHEAT FLOUR, SAME AS BUCKWHEAT FLOUR IS NOT WHEAT, SO neither corn flour /cornstarch, is gluten free..

You didn’t say what the measurements were.
Corn flour and regular milk are not low fodmap
Just a heads up, milk is in fact dairy 😂
Not all milk
I tried this twice and they haven’t come out like yours……been making them for 3G years …something is wrong
3G years sounds like a loooong time 😆 what was different between how hers and yours turned out, if you don't mind me asking?
Nice shoes 👠 😀 love your show
I do not see your recipe for the Yorkshire pudding.
Dairy is 🥛so they are not dairy free!
She included dairy free options on her blog, she recommended almond or rice milk as a substitute... both are dairy free.
Lovely Yorkshire pudding but calling them “babies” is a horrible terminology for, anything-that’s a baby…! Regardless of not actually meaning it - your saying it 🤔
