I have a Inflight200 Air Force One which had arrived yesterday, very nice plane which I finally met my goal on buying one this year. I'm starting to slow down on buying for a while plus have downsized my 1:200 scale planes.
The second BA 747 and virgin 747 are made by Premier planes I also have them and got them at Gatwick as well. I also started collecting plastic 1:200 models but now I collect diecast 1:400 models

I just got my first model yesterday, and it's a Skymarks 777-300ER in the current British Airways version, 1:200 model, even though all the antennas and those types of details arent in these models, im going to be buyjng a lot more skymarks models since they are very affordable

I live in Maryland and that museum is great
I've got a few sky marks models along with Daron Risesoon Gemini inflight and 1 or 2 others yes some are better quality than others but it comes down what you can afford and what you are prepared to pay.
I have found in a couple of my more expensive ones the quality was not much better than the cheaper models so just be aware of that the chances of you getting the absolute perfect model is slim.
But my advice is just be happy with your collection if it makes you happy that's all that matters.
And I don't see any of my sky marks models or any other of my snap fit models as toys great video 😁👍.

I don’t get why people say Skymarks is bad, they’re great! Found a BAE 146-300 at a car boot sale for decently cheap, and it looks lovely. Probably because they’re made by Daron who are known for their line of subpar toy planes.
its great that they provide a product for 5 to 85 year olds, and from 10 dollars to 500, kudos to them, great company, great for all lovers of aviation like us :)

Starting out collecting 1/200, I can relate. 😅 I got my first Sky Marks, a Delta 747-400 in 2011.
I remember seeing the Delta 747 in their leaflet and I really wanted it 😂

For Dulles, you could cut out the part of your runway, and just put it on the floor for whenever you do an airport update. After you are done, you can just put somewhere. If you still don’t understand what I am saying, then just ask me. Nice video!!!

Skymarks are manufactured by Risesoon in Taiwan. Buy them directly from Risesoon as they all have gears and added details which the SM models do not have and the prices are the same if not less than SM and great shipping costs from Taiwan. RS also have alot of obscure and rare models not usually sold online.

If anyone cares, I started collecting in '96. First models were 1:600 Schabaks, that I bought in Puerto Rico. Being from the Caribbean, it was difficult to collect models. Moved to the US in '01 and found a spot at Aventura Mall (south Florida) that sold herpa 1:500 models. Collection took off fro. There. Almost all of my 240+ models are 1:500 and imo, the best model maker is probably starjets. Herpa is good but in the early days , herpa messed up using unrealistic landing gear and no registration on earlier models.....

The Air Force One at 1:35 and the the British Airways 747 at 3:52 are Hogan aircraft not Skymakrs. Hogan 747s have those cockpit windows and weird noses lol. Skymark 747s are more accurate Unfortunately the decapitated house colour planes are Skymarks and some others on there.
ohh it is i seen the stand the british airways is a hogan wings, and the air force one i'm like 99.9% sure it's a hogan because it looks like the material used for the model is a bit thinner than a skymarks as i would put it, i don't mean hogan is bad at all most of hogans are more detailed and better in my opinion than skymarks but yeah, the skymarks have a thicker look to them if that makes any sense? lol and the AIR FORCE ONE in skymarks is a 1:250 scale idk why but it is.
I do say, not all the models there are sky marks. I also have that British Airways 747 with gear and its from hogan wings

The smaller models might be made by Premier planes. That is what most airports and airlines sell for people who want model planes from what I've seen.
Btw the AF1 747 is made by Hogan Wings and not Skymarks.

You have a substansive collection so why make out you dont think the Virgin and BA models are Skymarks. They're obviously not Skymarks, they're the cheap inflight models. You can tell by the weight and the thin base stand.....I don't have a collection anywhere nearas big as yours and know this
