  • Hey loves! Today we will be focusing on the glutes. They are the biggest muscles in our bodies because we need them to stay upright (if you were wondering). You can add booty bands and ankle weights into this workout if you would like. Feel free to run it through a second time or add on another video depending on how you feel after.
