She’s meant to be weak, she’s a conniving, deceitful creature. The horror behind her is that while on the surface she is beautiful but underneath is a monster. If Gwyn represented a man’s bright lust for fortune and glory burning himself up. Then Nashandra represented a woman’s greed and envy poisoning those around her. Which is represented by her fight mechanics steadily cursing you. Fantastic writing.
i highly doubt her personality is why she's weak, she's weak because ds2 lacks good bosses in the maingame and the devs couldn't think up a good moveset in time she's just a bad boss cause of gameplay reasons, in lore she's pretty powerful if she can use high level dark magic and is the daughter of manus
Fantastic comment by you , you,r review was so deep perfect from the main lore story , it mad me think about more questions like why did she come into this land and how did she was waiting .
to be fair, gwyn was piss easy as well and before that king allant (both the fake and real ones) were also pretty easy, same with dark souls 3 final boss, the first phase is very similar to manus and the second phase is just gwyn again, i just dont expect difficult final bosses from this series
@@xdan- She was not able to access the throne of want due to Vendricks seal, so she points you towards the Undead Crypt to get the ring, then towards Aldias Keep to claim the Ashen Mist Heart, finally to the Forest of Fallen Giants to claim the Giants Kinship. All of that just to access the throne of want and then betray you the moment you clear the way for her.
she is even easier if you decide to do the dlcs before fighting her because then the king makes it so that his crown makes you immune to curse and being hollowed.
Final bosses in Dark Souls aren't really about difficulty, more about presentation and atmosphere. Let's be honest, Gwyn wasn't really a difficult boss either and Soul Of Cinder is pretty easy when you compare him to other DS3 bosses like Nameless King and Midir. The final bosses of DS2 aren't spectacular but I like how it can turn into a full-on boss rush if you save the Thone Watcher and Defender fight for the end.
@@memberofchat2825Vendrick: A feeble, tiny thing. But thirsting for power more than any other. I think this dialogue responds. She is the smallest shard of Manus, that’s why she wants power.

Why they don't make a Disney or any famous in hollywood , feating the dark souls writers.

OMG yes!
Hell of a theme for such a boring fight.
The fight is shit, but I thought she was a great villain
@@Cosmodeus26 Why?
@@xdan- think about it, she caused a mass genocide and plays both a king and you for a fool

This is a banger theme fo a boss likely to last 5 seconds.
I already beated this boss with sorccer

Well it's understandable why she's so weak. She's a 'daughter' of manus, how many daughters of warriors are powerful?

her sister elana was way tougher than her
