Yeah, but you get to keep the extra storage, unlike raid passes and incubators - use them and they're gone. The other things that stay for the hard earned pokecoins is storage space and clothing, and clothing can cost a whole lot more!

When you buy item or pokemon storage it always says +100 but it only increase by 50 when you check it.. Why does that happen?

I think you should be able to set great balls as your “preferred” ball. So pokeballs arnt the only one that pops up first. That way you don’t have to switch to great every catch, and it would make stocking for go plus or gotcha easier.
Agreed! I miss the time where the "bug" was to default to the last style of ball you used instead of the normal red balls.

Totally agree.. Im trying to stock red balls for Gotcha so during that im using great and ultra 🙌 same during events to double the amount of bonuses.
Being someone who is constantly doing raids with a minimum number of trainer, It make me nervous looking at the number potions and revives you have in your bag. 😬
Don't take his bag space advice too heavily, he has 800 rare candy and raids an ungodly amount. Have more than 20 revives on you. Us normal players dont get many and we dont do raids with 300 people so our teams actually faint. Moral of the story, do what works for you.
TyphoonBlizzard I raid at my college and we kill most tier 5’s within 30seconds. Usually have 1 maybe 2 faints if I’m using something squishy for higher dps. Being able to sit on a pokestop can really help you get items too.

He also stated the circumstances in following the advice he gives and expects us to judge for ourselves what part of his advice to follow. Everything he stated is perfect for me, even before GBL (I'm sure he'd change his advice based on GBL now.

@@warchiefv5207 I raid as much as I can around my work schedule/personal commitments but that works out to 8 ish raids a week at most.
Meanwhile I got the best moveset for both of my brelooms ( counter + dynamic punch ) instantly after I evolved shroomush . Lol .

Now I’m pretty sure Reversal confirmed during one of his live streams when someone asked “why do you use eggs or care about xp since your level 40?” And reversal said “xp is definitely going to matter again y’all” so every since hearing him saying that (since he’s more in the know) I make sure to get all the xp I can get when playing to be ahead of the game when they do raise levels one day.

Another incense suggestion, I save the vast majority of incenses for when I am in an area with a regional exclusive to give me more chances at the regional exclusive. especially when I am abroad and don't have service, but can use one on the hotel wifi

LOVE that last part when you say its a marathon and not a sprint. i like playing that way because if i played all day and night like some people i would burn out and the game would not be boring. i try to stretch out the game as much as i can and not be in a rush to grab everything new that comes out

Great points, what I find is that if you end up with a lot of: Hyper Potions, Max Potions, Revives, and Max Revives.
For me, I find the best strategy is to never have more than 50% more in Potions vs Revives, since having for example 80 points, but only 50 revives, means you'll always have excess potions that have no use if a Pokemon is fainted.
I 100% agree on the max revive idea though (saving them for short-manning raids)

I have used passes at ex-raid legible gyms and unable to defeat the raid boss due to lack of players.
You need to win the raid, doesn't matter if you don't catch the raid boss as long as you complete the raid. If your struggling to defeat tier 3+ raids then try doing tier 1-2 it'll still enter you into the ex-raid lottery
This is a great in depth video of item management. I love how there are so many different ways to organize your bag based on how you play. Looking at someones bag before knowing how they play would tell you a lot. Great video!!

As we level up, we need to use more space for the potions, revives and many other crap

You didn't cover lures, though seeing as you don't have any then they possibly aren't as valuable? Granted I hoard them a bit, like whenever I can afford them or need them for shinies then they come in handy to attract them. Especially mossy lure for Oddish. After watching multiple of these videos I realize I’m just not that hardcore... I wish I had the problem of what items to delete. I barely have enuff space to hold anything let alone horde items lol. 500 legendary candy each? I’m lucky if I have 10 by the time they rotate out. I have a 100% kyogre and can’t do a thing with it lol

Hey! Is it okay to buy GOTCHA even though its not an official product of Niantic. I mailed them once and asked the same question and they told me that they dont know about any such device (Gotcha) and suggested me to buy only the official products made by Niantic.
So is safe to buy GOTCHA? Is there any chance of getting ban because of using a third party device.
It's perfectly safe to use. Niantic doesn't even know how to tell the difference between a gotcha and a go plus as far as in game goes

560 Ultra Balls..... NO ONE NEEDS THAT MANY. Yet here I am with half of thousand Ultra Balls. I don't get heal items....just balls. I throw away pokeballs.
I have only enough space for 450 items and 400 Pokémon. All I do is delete
My bag storage:
5 potions
40 super potions
5 hyper potions
200 max potions
50 revives
200 max revives
90-100 Pokeballs
90-100 great balls
90-100 ultra balls
10+ of every berry, up to 150 max, then I spam feed away.
My bag always looks like this.
I can play any way I want, raid crazy or catch crazy. I can top up my HP best with super potions because most Pokemon only have 120-180hp. If they are chipped away, super potions are easy to top off. Or I just use a revive + max potions, or max revives to save time. The only things I ever delete are Pokeballs lmao. Sorry F2P ppl

Still at base storage and I don't see a need in upgrading. I don't catch everything I see (mostly because its useless). I'll catch shinies I see, Ratattas for trophy, Magikarps for trophy, Pikachus for trophy, and any pokemon I need candy for evolution for dex entry and competitively viable pokemon.
I think it's about time they let us choose what balls to use on pokeball plus... just saying....
Is it that hard to create an option similar to the notifications "Nearby Pokemon" and "Nearby Pokestop"?
Use balls "Pokeball"; "Great Ball"; "Ultraball", and you pick the ones you want or dont want to use one with the pokeball plus
its also about time for nianic to do something with these go plus, pokeball devices, they are expensive to buy and really only useful if you are under level 15 to 20, above that you start progressively having the issue of pokemon running away. They either need to setup a manual user defined menu for them so the player can set say CP value ranges per ball type or a game predifined system, on average as a level 40+ player I experience anywhere from 3 out of 10 pokemon catch attempts via the device to as little as 1 out of 10, considering you only get 1 throw, no nice great or excellent bonus it seems pretty useless and you have way better odds of catching it normally even if it is with a standard ball. Your game must register somwhere how many nice great and excellent ball have been thrown within a given time frame so the device could extrapolate what skill level you have and per that increase your odds of catching via the device, but from level 30 to level 40 using the device specifically except on community days, I can tell you that the only variation I see is the number of successful catches I had gotten t level 30 - 5 or 6 out of 10 consistently but not always to nearly every 10 attempts getting 2 or 3 at level 40. Its just not useful and as I said its expensive to begin with, In Australia either genuine nintendo device will cost new - $70 - 80 dollars and a gotcha or thier new one from 90 to 120. so they are expensive, and simply not really worth the money

My bag was full i deleted 50 portions and 50 revives bcoz i dont have any gym nearby me so i dont need them...i have 200 pokeballs and 50 great balls and 20 ultra ball ,im lvl 20 player..😂
600 is min for rare candy unless I actually use it like the new legendaries
Im a deleter, until I get more room in bags. Often having to throw away 40 to 60 balls or 20 or so potions, just to get bagspace. Not great income with pokecoins.

I only play for amusement and never spend money to buy those pokecoins that you can use to upgrade your item bags that it can hold thousands of items! We earn our pokecoins the old fashion way! 50 pokecoins a day by defending gyms! and we only get 3 or maybe up to 9 rare candies at the most or even none at all! during raids which we can only do just once a day!
unless you spend a hundred dollars to buy 14,500 pokecoins, your advice is really senseless!
Do you think there will ever be another purpose for evolution items? for example an item trade-in system that gives you something in return for your useless item? I have 113 spots taken by things like dragon scales, sun stones.. holding them in case they become worth something more. Otherwise I see no point in holding onto more than maybe 3 each.
another way to increase storage is that nintendo give you 1 free storage spot per genders of every evolution you currently have in your pokedex. Shinies are no different generally to the normal pokemon, usually have very low stats and will never be used in any meaningful way, this would remove a large number of spots taken up by pretty but never the less useless pokemon. When you catch a shiny you have not yet caught ( as in you dont have the same gender shiny already ), the system has a special slot for it free that doesn't occupy one of you normal storage slots. But only 1 shiny per gender per evolution per special which include hat costume and lucky. If you catch another one you can move the better one into the slot, throwing the existing dweller into the storage bag which is then entirely upto the player what they do with it from there. An added feature to add to this new experience would be a shiny page, which would show all the shinies you catch and will catch. Free storage for shinies which includes a dedicated shinies page to quick and effortlessly show off all the shinies you have caught by swiping left or right for instance
He’s definitely not a PvPer. Trashing rare candies and 14 M stardust. Nope. Doesn’t battle.
I always either run out of storage or run out of all types of balls. I don’t live very close to any gyms or poke stops so I don’t get many items or poke coins but occasionally I get a ton of stuff from missions or leveling up and then I have no storage and I slowly run out of poke balls until I’m back where I started.
Just getting back into the game I am level 35 don't have any good Pokemon only 100% IV gen 1 or 2 🙄🙄
I just think charge tms should at least go in alphabetical order through moves if not make you choose. Elite tms should let u choose a legacy move as normal.

I always delete Great Balls when I have a lot of Ultra Balls and Poke Balls. Why use Great Balls when Ultra Balls have a better catchrate and look better?
Question: are raids/battles useless if my Pokémon are not as strong as the enemies? Say I lose every battle?

Why do golden razz berry matter for gold gyms? I thought all berries increased the gym by 10

If moves just cycled through and you could avoid the back and forth - great concept but...
If you use the same Pokémon for different purposes alternating the moves based on the boss - this could cost more tms.
This would likely make TM much less common.
IMO both of these would make the change just as annoying to as many people as the current system.
