MODEL: SUPREME SKYMARKS British Airways B777-300ER (ordered on Amazon).
Totally huge, my biggest and brightest plane yet! Please take a look at B777-300ER in 1:100 scale! :)
The observant viewers will notice a disproportionate cockpit display. Although this is disappointing, I enjoy this model for its scale and therefore am not too concerned, but completely agree that is an unfortunate blunder on behalf of the manufacturer of the model.
i have a 1:100 a220-300 model which the manufacturer paid so much attention to detail, yet added 4 overwing exits instead of 2 haha
Yes, noticed it too...the windows are nuts. I always look at the cockpit windows and they are just so beautiful... A reason for me not to buy this model...
@@mariannehoutzager9093I have a 1 50 scale model with accurate cockpit windows on UA-cam
As an aviation enthusiast I am incredibly annoyed
I can’t get over how small it is 😭😭😭
It annoys me no end on models of this scale and price that they can’t get the windshields right - it honestly ruins the model for me, in fact this has a very non scale profile, get yourself a 1/144 773 and you’ll instantly see how poor this is for a scale collector, I think it is geared more to the Travel agency type, even the livery is wrong.
Your right
Too right!
Absolute right mate
Ikr
Thats what I dont like about the 1:100 models, it looks really weird with the windshields not put in correctly
I've heard about the British Airways 777-300ER. G-STBA was the first 777-300ER for British Airways. Delivered on September 7, 2010. G-STBH was delivered on October 20, 2013. I wish I have one of these. the 2 engines are powered by GE90-115B.
they flew the British airway 777 300 to Phoenix AZ not only we got British airway, we got American airlines, and United Airline that operate the 777 300 here to our airport. the 777 300 is an amazing twin jet jumbo.
Cockpit windows look like they are 1:200 scale, way too small for this model. Deal breaker for me.
agreed
Cockpit looks terrible
Yes, sadly the cockpit section and nose are completely wrong. It doesn’t look like a 777 to me.
its just a small decal...
yeah to me looks like a mix of an a330 and a350
it's massive indeed. but for a model with such a large scale, not much detail is presented on this model (non-spinning turbofans for instance), and the head...i gotta say, just does not look like an 777, it's kind of like a 737.
The cockpit windows are far too small and high, which makes it kinda looks like one of those crappy GTA5 planes. Also, I’m sad to see that the antennas (such as the Wifi antenna) are not modelled, especially for such a large model. Kinda disappointing tbh
The Window stickers are the exact same ones on the Herpa 777 on a smaller scale
Thats Skymarks- garbage in any scale. Buy Gemini Jets
The turbofans do turn!
@@teenagerinsacBuy 1 100 and 1 50th Pacmin Models. 1 24 scale Westway Models are as well
Gemini Jets are nice miniatures though
My suggestion for something like this would definitely be to place the fuselage ON the stand FIRST, then pop your wings in, etc. You wouldn't have to worry about it being laid incorrectly or anything of that nature. I've got a few smaller ones in 1:100 scale (regional planes) and I've purchased a couple of larger planes for others. The easiest way was to mount it then assemble. Just a thought!
This is a good suggestion. When I switch between having it on the stand and off the stand, from now I will try removing the wings first. Thanks for the great idea!
@@FairmanPlanes please make the links for the item because I really Like it and I want to buy it
I was World Wide crew for BA (20 years) and amongst the numerous destinations one of the best was Beijing where at the Underground Market you could buy these models. I purchased BA Concorde, and a 747-400 Airbus a380 and a Boeing livery 787 (Screamliner). They cost £25 each after alot of bartering and the quality is unreal. Made from solid resin they weigh a ton
@colonelpizza9324 What was the cost of your model though... The versions I have are a single cast so no 'slot in' joints are visible.
When I got my B777-200 1:100 scale it was absolutely massive...These models are amazing.
got a 747 sinagpore airlines 1:100 and it fell when my dog jump over it and now im left with a brokenwing and body, that thing only lasted 1 week bro

Gosh this thing is so insane. If I ever got one, it would have to be my absolute favorite model. Couldn't have too many of these!
You could have bought a 1:1 scaled model.
So what’s your general impression of the model? Do you think it’s rather large? I mean, I’ve seen bigger. Way bigger… remote control with small, working jet engines and they actually fly. Those are cool.
A good point, this is the biggest one I've had and I don't have space for any bigger haha
First time i've seen a jet aircraft wing spin a gas turbine engine
hahahaha..😂..good one..thats new technology
Any spiders?
Yo wassup
This channel is like ASMR for me
I gave enough time to see from other angles until the cockpit windows looked right. From no angle it appears like it's a B777. For a model this huge this is the easiest replicable feature. To me it's the face of a plane and tells about the make without seeing further.
I still like the video and the way how you handle the model. Cheers!
Is that Daron sky marks model ?
Yup! :)
It is very big great video
Great looking model. 1/100 models of the widebodies aircrafts are always impressive.
Thank you for sharing the video!
No problem! I realised there wasn't much content about 1:100 models so I wanted to share this
Hey. How beautiful your plane. Congratulations on your acquisition. I love airplanes in 1/100 scale. I made a Boeing 747-400 Delta Airlines N670US in 1/72 scale.
damn that must be fuckin massive, whats its measurements?
As a train collector my self I’ve started on planes and have a large one they are lovely you have a sense of pride when someone asks for a tour and notices your larger models I have a Union Pacific big boy she with her tender is a simmilar length it’s so massive I can barely hold her I need a second teenager to hold her she’s so heavy I love this aircraft thinking of getting one that big
cockpit windows look a bit weird
After seeing this video, I was inspired to get one of these (American Airlines instead of British Airways) and the model is stunning. It’s hard to not want more of these. Thank you for the video!
Yes the scale of the plane is truly impressive! Some astute viewers mentioned some inaccuracies and lack of detail with the model, but my 1:200 diecast models are for accuracy. This huge one is for sheer scale! :)
dang that looks like a model that museums would have on display
I love that planes are so huge that 1:100 can be concidered "COLOSSAL"
Is that a travel agency model?
I worked for a few travel agencies and I'm sure we used them.
They're expensive aswell.
does this magnificently large plane have any sharp edges to worry about?
The back of the horizontal stabilizer, yes. To protect them, I had stuck 2cm diameter polystyrene balls to shield them. This also means you won't scratch anything around the plane.
every plane has sharp edges, be it the winglets or tail
@@qrygamer ok
Very poggers, I like big things. I want bigger though
hmu, dm's are open
@@grevsio8823 💀
they are beautiful, where do you buy the miniature planes
Fantastic model. Thanks for posting.
The only thing I noticed is the front and rear landing gear assembly look too robust to be consistent with actual scale. The tires are fine, but the strut assemblies are not in scale.
My guess is the model manufacturer needed this for product manufacture and durability.
Great one that can put off all the gears :)
Suggestion, can you send the link for every unboxing to see where you got it from and the price and everything else.
That is a good suggestion, thank you I will try to take it into account. For this model, here is the listing on amazon:

Really nice but sad that the wheels are not tilted right and the windows are not right too, but i wish i could have it
Wow that's awesome he has 200'00019292 planes
I wish i have like him
The inaccuracies of this model is the reason why I stick to diecast 1/200 from either GeminiJets or JCWings.
looks great! but the windshield is a little high, let's remember that it must be aligned with the windows.
Hello Fairman Planes I'm just curious why do you wear gloves in you're videos? I've seen various other UA-camrs do the same.
A good question! This is to protect the models and preserve their shine, by ensuring no grease gets onto them :) I explain this and more about handling models in my DOs and DONTs video here: ua-cam.com/video/b329D3rBtWQ/v-deo.html
@@FairmanPlanes Awesome, Thanks buddy I was really really curious lol but thank you for informing me about that. :)) Honestly didn't understand why people do that... But now it makes sense!! Thxs
The nose looks like the nose of the ‘boeing’ 8474 from the movie flightplan. Search it on internet
How much is a model like that😊
I would attached the stand and the wheels on first before the wings. Beautiful model
What if they made 1:18 scale airliner models
It would probably have to be put on my roof
My modle cars are 1:18
I'm a bit surprised they didn't bother to put spinning fan blades if they were going for such a massive scale model. I have seen a 1:150 scale model that had this feature. It would also be nice if they had installed optional LED lights to light the anticollision beacons and interior.
“I’m going to remove it carefully, don’t want to drop it everywhere”
Not even a second later, you hit the nose.
Could you get a A321-200 Turkish Airlines ?
I'm not crying my eyes are just sweating
I'm looking to buy one of these but where?? Also great video :)
This was purchased on Amazon (UK). Thanks :D
It’s crazy the difference between 1/100 and 1/144
When I compared my 1/100 md11 to my 1/144 l1011 there was such a massive size difference
Great to see, sir how's the weight of assembled plane?
Love this this video keep up the good work mate!
Where to order that awesome big plane?
I got it from Amazon UK
where do you get it? im in AU btw. It looks really cool!
just look at the other models for scale! that's a 777-300ER which is HUMONGOUS!
“If you are not subscribed, this plane will come and scare all your pets away” i don’t have a pet
Hey fair man Do you know why? Airplane windows are circle and houses have square windows Well on one flight they had house windows But the plane crashed I cannot tell by the year Now that’s why planes have circle windows
4:45 What happened to the cockpit windscreen? It's not even een 777 anymore.
Nice scale model 👍👍👍👍👍🎉🎉
The windshield is not that perfectly printed right?
A good observation! After inspecting it again and comparing it to real photographs of the B777-300ER, it does look slightly odd. I do not mind too much, I think these models are for size rather than precision (which is what my 1:200 models are for). We do not see any other sophisticated detail here (e.g., antennas).
I love your channel❤🎉 😇
I love airplanes and i think i just found my dream UA-camr
This voice sure does calm my anxiety :)
If you buy the second aircraft model also 1/100 scale, an Airbus A380-800 Giant Super Jumbo Airplane , the plane probably absolutely more larger and huge
question is why i saw flashing and if you can get those planes under the glass
may i ask what watch you are wearing? I'm a watch nerd too lol
Wow beautiful
Can’t believe what a bad job on the cockpit windows. Otherwise, very nice job.
NICE, this is a very nice video, nicely explained and everything! In my house, I have a scale 1/200 scale Emirates A380! It’s on a stand and is quite big, not as big as urs tho
The plane is colossal indeed I bet I can't hold it it's HUGE and my hands are small!
Your vids are mad good 😊
Thanks 😁
From were did you buy it I also want it
That’s probably about the size that the CEO of any airline or aircraft manufacture would just buy just for office decoration. I’m curious to know the cost and who made the model.
Could you perhaps say something about the scale of the model?
Bro, where do you even keep that?
It occasionally does get in the way of things
This aircraft is now in the air traveling from LHR (London) to LAX (Los Angeles)
Ooo yes excellent observation, just looked it up on flightradar24 too
Where did you buy it please tell me where you bought it
This looks like something you'll see at the airport
I feel like this acts as a great insight into big things! I love long heavy objects! Not a big fan of planes though

That’s a huge plane dude I wish I had that! Very cool. Big, cool very cool* you a cool ytber you deserve more credit! But seriously, now that’s cool! It’s as big as my desk lol! Don’t wanna pay a lot for it to just break. I have a A380 it’s big and cool but not that big!
It’s true
I’m now replying to my own comment lol

I actually want that plane it looks so cool
Lets see a C-5A Super Galaxy scaled with that BA 777
Can you rate it for me? Scale:1-100. I’m considering getting one.
I to know where did you buy that model airplane 😢
My goodness the cockpit windows…😩😩
I wonder if the landing gears are tilded
Is it Skynarks??
The cockpit windows are a little small
Where do you buy your models from
detach the model of the B777-300ER & then attach the landing gear to the underside of the fuselage . . . not while it's balancing on the display stand . . .
They shoudl add some interior
Very nice plane I love it
what are those windows!
Have you ever noticed that these models are never displayed cruising? They’re rather parked, taxiing, or climbing.
They are
If you throw it, how far does it fly?
