Hyaluronic acid is such a marketing strategy. While it helps with attracting moisture from the air, it doesn't itself moisturize, which is why your skin didn't feel more moisturized after applying.
Right? Now every product I see says "hyaluronic acid". Also, I've seen statisticians and dermatologist say to apply hyaluronic acid on a damp face but what would you do when the foundation has hyaluronic acid? I think it's gimmicky to put it on foundations.
I actually tried applying the foundation onto of my Laneige Cream Skin Mist since that's how I typically apply by HA and still didn't notice any extra hydration.
I already have the It foundation and love it, except that the neutral shades all pull a bit orange on me.i have to color correct with my LA Girl blue pigment, but that goes for a lot of my “neutral” shades. I do love the formula and coverage though👍🏼❤️You are the only influencer on UA-cam that is similar to my skin tone!!! I love your channel so much❣️ You are so laid back and have amazing content! So glad I found you ❤️👍🏼🥰
I found the best way to apply this is with my fingers. I get the medium tan shade and I think it’s a good dupe for the Drunk Elephant D Bronzi Sunshine Serum. 💕
I just bought it and I love it. I have freckles and it is very light weight and I didn’t feel any peeling so what she used under her makeup is probably why. Idk it worked great for me. It had the perfect natural look. It was like my skin but better
I prefer sheer coverage. I think I would love this. It's sheer and glowy! Yay! Edit- wait Ive been waiting for reviews of the Maybelline one! Yay! I need to find it asap! Ty boo 😚 also I didn't know it was $20 when I wrote my initial comment and NOPE! I will NOT pay that! I wouldn't pay more than ,$10 so when I get CVS extra bucks and coupons like the 40% I get sometimes will be when I grab it! So ty ty ty !!!
I'll have to try those side by side, one thing that is definitely better with this new serum is that the shades aren't as yellowy orange as Skin Paradise!

Your brows seriously look laminated! How do you get them to stay up so perfect like that!? I use the NYX Brow Glue but my brows don’t always stay up all day.
U need to try the Givenchy prism glow skincare foundation it's like a tinted moisterizer girl I love it so much I threw almost all my other base things away and I dropped it on the floor 2 weeks after I bought it and it broke everywhere and I went and order another right away I didnt even care it was 50$ i didnt want to be with out it..darn tile floors and glass bottles..lol O I'll have to try that CT dupe I'm almost out of my bottle I love that stuff.

Do you find it stayed dewy throughout the day? I have dry skin, so i'm looking for a new tint/light foundation thats super dewy and hydrating. I HATED the ilia skin tint oddly- on my face it was dry and matte no matter how i used it( primer, spf, nothing)
Wow I've never heard anyone describe the Ilia Super Serum Skin Tint as matte, haha that's probably my dewiest foundation in my collection! Funny how everyone's skin takes products so differently! I wouldn't describe this Loreal one as dewy at all

But, what made me feel better is other people on Sephora had the same experience as me. Ahhh okay thank you that is helpful to know that L'oreal isn't dewy! For liquid foundations/tints I'm always on the hunt for something dewy.

I think that could work as a BB cream and to be used on days where you just go to go, with out a full made up face.

Get the Got2B spiked hair gel, it's cheaper and you get way more than the Brow Glue. My brows don't budge til I wash them off haha
