@@ReaperPLUR I'm not amazing, this is gonna sound dumb but for what it's worth, I've fakie heel body varialed a small 5 stair with non abrasive grip as an example, I'll never use regular grip again, it's also for older people who don't want to walk around with ripped shoes anymore.

Been using non abrasive for three years now. I've had shoes last a whole year (Canadian year so like 8-9 months). Don't knock it till you try it. But you need somewhat fresh shoes for it grip properly. Everytime I see a dude with worn out /bald soles try it they hate it.

I used to rock shake junt a couple of years ago, but it wasn't too bad... literally would never skate any other graphic griptape tho. Plain black griptape will always be the best for sure
I like shake junt because it feels like its pre worn and that almost never changes as long as you have it. It grips and slides with that sandy feel unlike mob and I need that. Plus the Baker boys are obviously the coolest team
For me, it’s Shorty’s Black Magic, it’s a lil hard to come by these days. Mob is a close second. Full black cuz graphic grip just doesn’t seem as grippy.

Non abrasive grip (idk the og brand) is actually really good for the first 10ish sessions then it aint as good as reg but for the first couple kickflips i was happy with it
I do think it’s worth trying DKL non abrasive. It’s a bit strange at first but once you’re past that I think the good definitely outweighs the bad. We need a review… set the record straight.
Here's your review. It takes 1hr to apply perfectly. Have to let it set for 24hrs. Will peel. Will wear down and become slippery quick. Regular grip and ripped shoes are just so much better.
with killing floor i actually have that exact carpet grip and i positioned it in a cut to be in the middle of my tail bolts, using it as an indicator for nose and tail. helps me a ton personally
I rode some killing floor skateboards and really liked them. I just tried to look up one of the designs i got & found out it was a limited edition model. I wish i would have known that so i didn't skate it until i broke it.. Because now it's got some value if u can come across one. I really like that company. Some boards have great designs.

I've been using DKL griptape for at least 2 years, I'm 33 and too old to have ripped shoes, it really does work, that's all I'm here for, since you made a video on 'should you trust skater youtubers' yet you haven't reviewed it yourself.
@@comebackstealing5913 dkl grip actually works surprisingly well. If you don’t like super grippy griptape then it’s perfect. It may not be the best pick for heavy transition skating but it performs well in every other situation. For $10, it’s definitely worth a try.

Offset logos/graphics are pretty popular these days. I often find them more visually interesting than centered graphics. Similar to how people get the "east coast line" or place their griptape offset on purpose. I think both those styles are cool as well.
I wish u included "The Killing Floor" in the Board tier list. I really liked some of their board designs & how they skated. My local shop started carrying them. They r a Oregon company, i live an hour south of Portland. So i just assumed it wasn't a well known brand

I have also used dkl grip tape and it's awful way to slipper and dangerous if your skating transition
