- This video marks my second collaboration with the talented RichaadEB-the master of composing heavy metal interpretations of popular video game music! 🎸
It's a real treat to showcase Rich's music like this, and I wanted to do it justice. So, naturally, I went HUD-less and shield-less on max NG+ (five cycles deep). I also wanted to go for a flawless, no-hit performance, which I almost pulled off, but Flamelurker does catch me with one of his splashy ground pounds toward the end of the fight. No big deal; if anything, it adds to the drama. I was having so much fun, I didn't want to quit out of this one!
This was a blast to choreograph, and I hope you enjoy! 🔥
FYI: This video was captured and rendered at 4K, but Demon's Souls outputs a 1400p resolution while in Performance Mode.
(This video features my witch character, Ranni, who's rocking the Large Sword of Moonlight, Binded Cross Set, Three-Corner Hat, and Silver Catalyst.)

Amazing fight tera
Great collaboration! I feel like this boss changed from the original. I recall him at like 2/3 and 1/3 health charging up with a specific animation where his flames on his body are more intense and every time he hits the ground he has a bigger explosion while also getting faster. That was a long time ago and I haven't actually played the remake yet. Is this retained or no?
Yep! The mechanics are very similiar. He becomes more fiery and aggressive as he takes more damage in both versions. His aura/AOE range gradually intensifies. I do recall the PS3 ground pounds being WAY louder though. It always sounded like he was going to break your TV speakers! 👊
