Very enjoyable, thank you Rebecca.
I very much enjoy all your videos, Thankyou Rebecca for all your hard work
Hi Rebecca, awesome live history video I enjoyed it. How are you doing? I'm doing well. Next video could you do the life of Georgiana Spencer Duchess of Devonshire. Have a great day see you next video 😊
Well done thank you
I was just watching for a second time, another documentary about Victoria, "Victorians Uncovered - The Perfect Marriage", mostly about her and Prince Albert (such a lovely couple!), and I noticed I already two years ago had commented on how I wished someone could make a documentary of just Victoria and John Brown, so I did a "google" and was happy to find your channel, and so needless to say perhaps, you got both a like and a new subscriber. The story of Victoria and John Brown is such a sweet one, with how he used to help put on her scarf and how he lifted her up onto her horse, and led it. He probably saved her from dying from grief, and I don't believe any single gossip about them, but think it was only jealousy by wicked "nobility". Albert had picked him out personally before he died, and he more then earned his decorations for faithful service. One time a servant dropped and broke some porcelain and Victoria exploded and scolded the poor soul, but Mr. Brown was there and scolded her in return: "Woman! Have you never dropped anything!?", making her ashamed of her foul temper, like Albert used to do. I think he always just called her simply "woman". ☺
I noticed to my satisfaction a lot of other videos from you, with titles that make me think I might just listen to/watch most of them, as I love the history of the British Isles, from both the time when my own ancestors came across the sea to wage war, and the history of how Scandinavia and Britain and Ireland is so, and the long history of the monarchy. You have such a lovely voice for narrating, so if you ever have time and interest for some public service, I'm sure many would love listening to you reading non-fiction, history audio books by Librivox. 👍
Thank you so much for the video(s). From a fellow history buff. 🧐

Thank you Rebecca, this is such an insightful and touching video. I also suspected that Brown and Queen Victoria were married and had a child together. Are you able to say if there is any further evidence of this?
I believe from my research that Queen Victoria was married to John Brown as to her having a child with him I do not know. She would never have indulged in sex with him without marriage.
