NO INVERT INVERT FLOW // Pole Combo

This combo is so creative the transition to Superman looks complicated but I’ll definitely will give it a try I run out of no invert invert combo ideas so this is perfect and thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration 💙

Yeah the transition to superman is not the easiest. You want to bring your upper body so that is parallel to the floor again before trying to go over into the superman. You got this!
