I've been poling 11 months, and could manage all the shapes on spin, but need to practice a few more times to get it smoother. Love this combo--Thanks 💕💕
Nice work! Happy to hear that this combo works for you :) And don't worry, the smoothness will come with repetition. I will be uploading a few more combos soon
I just wanted to say I was able to do a variation of this. Definitely not as graceful and still not as flexible which I think is why my lines weren’t as pretty. I couldn’t snake my leg through so I climbed up a bit and then got my leg through. Love the dangerous bird, first time trying it, thank you for this tutorial ❤
Yess!! Happy to hear that. It is amazing that you found some variations. It is all about being creative :) Every day and ever body is different and sometimes we want/need to change things up a bit.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! This is just my level :D What are some moves you can do from a dangerous bird? I've seen a russian layback, but are there also some other options? Thanks in advance!
Yes Russian layback would work! I think gargoyle too but that might be a bit scary. If you switch that bottom leg around the pole again you can go into a butterfly as well. That is a great Video idea :) I will take it with me and create something! Happy you liked this flow :)
Hi! Love following along to your videos! I’m still a beginner who just graduated to level 2 Pole. What’s your advice for keeping your grip on the pole? I’m having trouble staying up and still feel like my body is so heavy. Am trying to practice at least twice a week.
Happy to hear that you enjoy my videos :) Well for one you can definitely keep training your grip strength. Doing like conditioning for your hands. Trying to hold onto shapes for as long as possible and really training your hands to stay closed around the pole. It takes some time but your grip will definitely improve. Make sure to also decompress and stretch your wrists, fingers and lower arms after. Also for sweaty palms I can suggest grip aid such as pole grip or liquid chalk (used for weight lifting, I really like this one!) And to remove oils you can use alcohol mixed with water (from the pole or also your skin)
Beautiful!
