Wasn’t familiar with a wobbly but a good idea. I used a ball hex to get the header bolts off my Bandit without any issues and not needing to move the radiator either. Following this build as this style retro style bike Is on my radar to keep the Bandit company.
Hi Joe, a Hex ball Allen is convenient, but does not get full engagement of the bolt head depth, and can climb out under load then bugger up the head. I use those as well, but only when I have to. Always put anti seize on a exhaust bolts going into aluminum as well.Cheers DW
If your bike is brand new like mine was, the front 4 gaskets can be reused if they look good and not to deformed. Best to install new gaskets in most cases. The rear gasket is not used with the new Holeshot mid pipe for the slip-on or the Lextek header system. I use a thin coat of Valco high temp silicone seal we stock on the tube before you install. DW
Trackside stand from Cycle Gear. Cost effective and work great. I have 3 of them, and what I like is the slide in handle so its out of the way. I have Pit Bull stands also. Cheers Dale

I'm glad I left mine stock. Nice and quiet and it didn't cost me anything.
But it sounds like a sewing machine, and weighs a ton. Its the old to each their own Keith. DW
Excellent and helpful

I have many riding and test videos of the 900RS Cafe ..... Cheers Dale
Don't you need a new oem exhaust gasket or did you reused the one on the bike?

Where does the o2 wire plug into at the top?
To the factory harness, just follow it up and you will find it. DW
What is the stand you use? Just the glimpse I caught it looks more substantial than anything I have found yet.
