I really enjoyed this video.. I'm planning to move to South Africa along with my wife and son... We spent a month there back in 2021.. I wish we were stranded there , lol, like you It's always a blessing to a abide in your purpose
Floyd my brother you were not killed for nothing but to unite all brown people all over the world and to bring back our own back to Motherland. Your passing was hurtful and painful but now we celebrate you for our loved ones are coming back to where they belong. RIP brother for your spirit is with us. Welcome Jae❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😂
I am absolutely in awe of you and your incredible life journey!! You inspire me always and I am so blessed to know you personally and professionally. You are truly living your divine passion and purpose and it’s beautiful to see and learn from. I love you and I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!! God Bless you Sis!!!! I am so excited for all God is doing in your life and the lives you touch through your story🙌🏼😍🙏🏼🙌🏼💖
This video as a black consciousness scholar makes me weep for real with emotions. We want out brothers and sisters to come home.. Imagine the healing specifically African Americans and other Africans who were stolen from us, the healing they are cultivating for our lineages. The truth is that we were robbed when our people were stolen into slavery. Now generations later, you all are finding in your heart to come to Africa. South Africa in particular it is made of tribes that ran away from slavery, wars, killings and disposession. We traveled south as Bantu blood lines. We remain one of the strongest human spirits on the continent. We intermarriage with Khoi and San people and became strong nations of the south with our own cultural pride.
A little correction is needed here . The negros slaves were SOLD by other Africans to the whites and muslims . They were not stolen ! That movie and book roots deceived many. Secondly the khoi and san are very different and distinct in many ways from the black bantu inguni tribes . The khoi and san consider the black bantu treacherous snakes since 1994 . The black bantu have sidelined and ignored the first nation , no affirmive action jobs , no BEE , no development of any kind. Instead the blacks now claim the land and resources for themselves. They disregard the united nations declaration that the khoi and san are the sole custodians of the land , being the true and only indigenous people of S.A. So what oneness there was during the struggle , has been destroyed by the black govt. So it's useless to romanticize , while your'll rob us !
❤ good to see the solidarity there to here. BUT to make distinction from any activist party and state it’s SIMPLY a show of your experience as a traveler, is a HUGE reason why we all have to take initiative to rise together even more‼️ We have to not only continue to rise above those things but also above passiveness. I say passiveness in regards to joining when it’s popularized versus, taking initiative for what’s right regardless of anything, with integrity ‼️ It’s about the action, not which party has which title 🤔 From NYC, love to all. Bless.
Hi AP, thank you for your comment. I’m an activist at heart and have been all my life. As apart of my experience to partake in a social movement that effects others no matter the party due to my own beliefs is what I was sharing with the world on this platform. Though I respect your comment and see what you were trying to convey. It doesn’t apply in this case. I get you may not understand the climate but as I stated in the video I am here to represent Black and Brown people all over the world. All Love ❤️
Been watching a lot of these lately because I'm planning the same transition early next year. Quick question : How long was it between your first thought of transitioning and your move date? Also, how many visits did you have before your permanent move?
Oh nice. Where are you planning to relocate too? I visited several times for business but thought about it for 2 years but didn’t act on it. So don’t make the same mistake as me. Don’t delay your happiness. Hope this helps 😊
@@JaeScottStyle Thank you. Planning to relocate to Joburg, will be visiting in October with TRSA then I want to come back to the states, get my affairs in order then move permanently. Ideally I'd move in Feb or March 2024.
Lets just give them a chance, that's the UBUNTU in us as South Africans. Hopefully they wont dissappoint us, like our african brothers did when we opened our doors for them. Now the country is flooded with drugs and crime, calling us lazy at the same time.
You are so beautiful and welcome to South Africa
Thank you 🤍✨
