how do usually find those saltwater ponds
They are freshwater ponds and literally any golf course near the oceans and or main rivers that lead into the ocean will have snook and tarpon.
Fla Jay Fishing are u able to stock ur pond with freshwater tarpon will they survive
41 fishing as far as stocking a pond I believe the answer is no because tarpon are protected. I know you can buy a different species of tarpon meant for like an aquarium or big fish tank and stock them. You’d have to look it up though I’m not 100% sure

My question is, are these land lock ponds/lakes? If so, who is stocking them with Tarpon/snook? If some bozo is catching them from other places and putting them in from other bodies of water salt/brackish, then that is a violation in FWC rules, i live in florida as well...those species shouldnt be in freshwàter landlock lakes/Ponds...they will eat every bass,peacock bass,bluegill,etc. Until theres nothing else but them in those lakes...just like people putting snakeheads in lakes and ponds they are destroying everything...😮
Most of them swim thru pipes when small then grow up in the pond and have no way out
Why are the golf courses have so many saltwater species
These courses are near saltwater and have drainage access to salt. They work their way through these drainages into the fresh acclimating as they go
