The start of Trevor Noah’s was rocky, for sure. Jon Stewart left some pretty darn big shoes to fill. Trevor just had to be Trevor, and the audience needed to grieve at the loss of Jon, so there was a period of awkward adjustment. Trevor’s comedy and his ability are awesome to say the least. Stephen, on the other hand, already had his established character and he just branched out from there and broadened his scope and it was an easier adjustment. Plus he had the boost of Stewart visits. That was my 1st thought too😂
I love to hear Trevor laugh... so genuine. And Stephen always cracks me up when he does the flipped interviews.
You mean the opposite of genuine.. He never did that fake ass laugh in the UK.
Sweary Stephen is my favourite Stephen.
Sweary. 😄😄 😄
@@bethe192 YESSSSS
That talk show brother hood fist bump is one of the most wholesome things I have seen in 2020
Now Stephen has to interview Trevor on Trevor’s show.
Trev's laugh is so infectious and he just stops mid laugh, which makes it even funnier.
Oh, I love Trevor’s laugh. All he has to do is laugh, makes my day.
treva has the nicest laugh I've ever heard.
He's co-creating with Noah...love creative people!
Two of the most interesting and intelligent individuals on television. Would love to share a table and a bottle of Johnnie Walker with the two of them.
A bottle of JW Green with Trevor and Stephen? Count me in!
@@Tonyhouse1168 Hmmm, good taste on three counts. 👍
Stephen's love for John warms my heart! I'd talk about Trevor but I'm a South African and I've seen him live twice so whatevs I guess😏😏😏. Jk I felt anxiety for all the episodes he had before he took off, this was a nerve wracking time for all South Africans.
Nkosi sikelel' Trevor Noah💛💛💛
This should be on UA-cam Trending video list!!
Yingtao you men Twending?
It is in South Africa 😀
That band is so electric. Love them and Colbert big time.
Don't ever stop Colbert!!! You are awesome!!!!
My 2 favorite guys...this is such a delicious treat 😍
After the Tulsi Gabbard interview, not anymore...
You need better role models. For real
Bet you can't wait to get on your knees.
I like how Jon Baptiste played the Rugrats theme when Stephen said, "National nanny cam."
That cute face and laugh with the South African accent!!!😍😄😊😁
Doesn't even look 34.
I've always thought he was older than he is as he is so mature!
@@DesiLu4Life dude is out here doing things at 34... man
Bet he won many cutest baby contests....what a baby face!!!
IT'S A NATIONAL NANNY CAM! PERFECT!
That was a great peer interview with some awesome burns as well. These 2 are hilarious together 😂😂😂😂😂
Love and respect for each other...beautiful to watch! 💖
Trevor’s got that old man type of laugh 😂
And that old man type of thing..😐😀😀
It's the david letterman laugh
4esthetics
Most Africans do😂
Trevor's got that crappy actor laugh.
Nah, it's just a hearty man laugh, great to hear, makes one smile!
They are both my favorite talk show host! So funny and insightful!
Rugrats theme at 5:06. Love me some jon batiste
"I'm 34 years old"
" F-you"
This is a bit like when someone points out that kids who were born around 9-11, are now reaching voting age, and you're like
"NO! NO! ...just... NO! YOU'RE STILL 7 YEARS OLD GODDAMNIT! GO BACK TO GRADE SCHOOL!"
And then you go look in the mirror, and go
"...fuck"
@ThatOneAsianBroChick Here's hoping they have more sense then the current voting block.
I absolutely love Trevor, and support all that you do. And, as a 52-year-old woman with lots of life left in her, I totally get what Stephen is saying when he says I couldn’t do the show I would’ve done for the people unless I stayed home
My two favorite people to get my news from!! I absolutely love you guys!!!
Seth Mayers also has similar power of attention; his 'A Closer Look' are equally witty in a differing yet balancing accompanying manner too IMHO, imagine all 3 together; it;d be both hell and a riot of them and their staffs pulling it off, even once, but oh jeez, 'The Late Show Triumvirate' each doing aspects of gags, banter, impressions, and weird news developments segmented or together..
@@razor1uk610 They really should it would be hilarious and very entertaining!!
@@dianacole8817 And Desus & Mero for that Left Field BX All Day Spice!
Stephen: "Unless you pretend to be life"
Trevor: *nervous laughter*
Just watched their respective shows aired from their homes without an audience. And then I found this. And they hugged. How beautiful were times when we could hug our friends without a fear to get ill😷.😟😭😔. Who else is watching this in times of #socialdistancing ? #corona #covid
Colbert is such an amazing person! His concern about the new show is he didn't want a failed "new show" to invalidate the work all of the people that helped him on the old show actually did...If true, that's one of the only times someone in his position spent any time worried about the people that worked on the show making him famous and successful... What an amazing person!!!
