I run stereo Fryette’s all the time. I have a D60, and SigX. I am a HUGE Fryette fan. Steve is a genius.

Any type of Plexi circuit, as long as the cab is in another room. Throw some type of echoplex preamp in front and it’s almost better than sex.

VHT Pittbull 50/CL EQ with P50E impulse responses, combined CU22 with BK Rebel Yell or SC245 with the old 58/15. Sounds amazing.

Amazing how much Steve knows about each component's contribution to the amplifier's sound. The first time I heard one of his amps I said to myself, oh I've got to have one of those. Of my three personal rigs my favorite is, a VHT Deliverance 120 half stack with a basic pedal-board on the front end.

Man Warren, when you started fiddling with that amp, at first I heard Queen. Then in a blink I heard "Breakin the Rules" by AC/DC. Those are some of my favorite amps introduced to me by David Gilmour in the 70's. Good stuff as usual brutha!

Many moons ago I had a green, VHT Pitbull 45 2x10 combo. One of the amps I most regret selling. Such a versatile and great sounding amp that was kind of its own thing.

Great amps! Still have the same Chinese preamp tubes that came with my '90's era Pittbull CLX. Def a very clear and unforgiving amp. 🤘🤘🤘

Honestly -- I'm not sure if it's because of the Lav mic, but when you were playing the tones were, um,...not good. Lol....I actually think I'm being nice when I say "not good". I owned a Pittbull CLX back in the day for awhile -- cool sounding amp, unique for sure.

I was looking online and I saw a lot of reference to 'heavily modified Hiwatt's'. There's talk about him changing the input to get a lot more drive from it. Which makes sense considering Hiwatt's are world renown for their very, very clean tone and Live At Leeds is not that at all.
