Gesso Resist with Vicki Boutin

One of the biggest keys to mixed media and working with mediums is "playing and experimenting". All the magic come in the discovery of how the products work together. In this video, I show a quick and easy way yo use Vicki Boutin- Gesso and Art Crayons. The stenciled gesso "resists" the Art Crayon to create interesting texture.
The paper is FOUNDATION PAPER...140 lb...works beautifully with mediums!

If it isn't VB Gesso...test it. Not sure the technique works with all brands of gesso.
