Thank you for reviewing these! I've seen them (art pop branded supplies) in Blick's emails but wondered how they were. (Was that Lindsay's voice in the class description? It sounded like her 🥰)
Another great video, Marty! I hadn't heard about these watercolor pencils, so I'm glad to have your opinion on their performance. That's Lindsay Weirich's voice on your class ad, right? Best wishes for a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2025!
Thanks! I'm glad you found the video helpful. You're right about the voice in the ad, she's awesome! And you too, happy, healthy, and prosperous new year!
I'm on sensory overload , Marty lol.. I have the albrecht dürer, and just love those .. the artpop definitely sounds like decent choice for beginners and students 👍👍👍thx as always Norakag
Thanks for the review. I have Prismacolor, vintage Mongol, Inktense pencils and an unopened box of Karat Staedtler watercolor pencils. The Karat pencils were from a local artist who was selling a box lot of her supplies and I'm planning on selling them during the 100 mile garage sale . If I upgrade I'll be getting the Caran d'ache or Albrecht Durer. I'm always tempted to try new products .......but then don't use them all! I've enjoyed your reviews and have been watching the older ones for color pencils, trying to decide about expanding my set of Caran D Ache luminance ( I have 4 and they are amazing, but so expensive).
I hear ya. It's hard to resist new art supplies! And especially hard to resist the very excellent Caran d'Ache pencils. Yes for sure they are expensive though.

Yes, it is Lindsay! She's the best.
Thanks for the review Marty! I was quite surprised at how well these pencils dissolve!
Yeah, I was the same. They really aren't bad for the money.
I just saw those pencils on Blick. They would be good for my bags for sketching out doors. Thanks a bunch.
@@sharonbroadrick5341 Sure thing. They’re pretty good.
Thank you for the review! I’m glad they compare well to some other brands

Yes!
I have prisma watercolors pencils. I bought them only a couple of years fine and some of them (12 set) were fine and some were like... gooey
Hmmmmm, interesting. Gooey in what way? Just curious.
