- Today we have two returning guests to the podcast! My buddies Aaron Miklaszewicz & Cody Solberg, to talk about our takes on the HAWGUST bite in northern Door County on the Bay of Green Bay. If you guys haven't seen my video from my trip up a couple weeks ago, please go check it out on the Kansas Angling Experience UA-cam channel. Both Aaron & Cody spend a ton of time up there throughout the month of July and August, and will continue to as the late summer bite transitions in early fall for what the Bay of Green Bay is known for-giant Walleyes. We all give our perspectives on how the bite was this year vs. years past, we talk Livescope, UA-cam, and the usual all around BSing between fishing buddies. Please go subscribe to both Aaron & Cody's UA-cam channels-you will not be disappointed in their videos for both educational and entertainment purposes-and I'm happy to call them my friends! Enjoy the episode-fall is hopefully coming sooner than later, and I will have much to discuss as it pertains to the bites in Kansas!

Two of favorite Green Bay fishing UA-cam dudes 😊😊
Excellent podcast!! THANK YOU.
Great convo guys!
Great Video! Is it too much to ask for the three of you to do this a couple times a year? Maybe include a Q&A or invite a guest.
Lol well technically these guys are my guests on this podcast
Is the death jig better than the search bait from acme 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
They both have their advantages. Biggest advantage with death jigs is being able to fish deeper and get the bait down faster. Search baits only make up to 3/8 oz.
I think the death jig holds a crawler on better with the extra treble hook. The searchbait has trouble keeping that worm on the slow death hook after to many casts. The searchbait seems to be easier to cast without getting it tangled up.
