Great technique- I’m doing the hover technique with the diffuser and it seems to be successful- just ensure the speed is low - but the heat is high and distant from my hair - the after 10mins I reduce heat increase speed once I have the gel cast. Target roots and ends. I’m stopping the breaking of the gel cast till next day -

As an alternative for people like me that don’t have a hooded dryer, do you recommend air drying or using a regular blow dryer?
I wonder if the regular blow dryer would give it a lot of frizz.

Get a bonnet dryer girl. I have broken so many hooded driers because of clumsiness. You literally just attach it to your dryer and tie it around your head
