For that solo: Kiesel guitar tone, sounds like a single coil or a split coil on a humbucker, slight drive on a tubescreamer/OD into a lower wattage, high headroom amp.

The intro and outro guitar before the last breakdown reminds me of Michael Angelo Batio. When he does his double guitar solo. It has the same style. Great reaction. I love finding new channels. Spend hours going through your vids. Keep it up!!

I would like to suggest Currents - Night Terrors
I'd imagine Jesse having the pickup switch on a middle or neck position to get that tone during the solo, which historically is fairly common practice
The guitar tone on the solo, to me, sounds a lot like a guitar tone from Daft Punk's Discovery album.
