15g agar powder
8g jelly powder or 10g agar powder
180g sugar
1 Tbsp Vanilla
250g coconut milk
100g sweetened condensed milk
200 ml pandan juice (50g pandan leaves + 200 ml hot water)
8g instant coffee
200 ml hot water
Mold:
5-Channel Silicone split cup for pouring .
2 rectangular molds: 20cm x 13cm x 5cm
