Most of Peter's tragedies happened precisely because he is too merciful with his enemies and his loved ones are hurt in retaliation. Him killing villains actually would improve a lot his life.
Spiderman (Original) : " You may have killed thousand of people, burn down an orphanage and stole kids lunch money but I won't kill you cuz heroes don't kill" Spiderman (Punisher) : "Hey look you rob down a poor old lady, prepare to face your 30 decades worth of terror this night in manhattan city"
Yea the line should be drawn at "are they actively trying to kill me", cause then imo they forfiet the right to life, not just "I can't kill cause rhen I won't stop"
Unfortunately the potential for a sequel is a bit undermined by its very premise. That is to say, Spider-Punisher just fucking kills all the villains instead of engaging in elaborate cat and mouse games with them. they could maybe squeeze one more out of it before he's racked up such a bodycount that he is moving on to Spiderman's famously lackluster C-list.
Wouldn't that make Frank almost like a venom to this Spiderman? Picking up the brutal black suit mantle after he's shunned it and unintentionally screwed over its new owner?

All of these great 'what if?' stories establish a solid footing that Spiderman could really be a beast if he went the other way. Between his abilities, and intelligence he would definitely be a handful. Great broadcast, SQUAD UP!!!
There have been a few times we have seen Peter open up. Each and every time he shocks everyone with his raw efficiency and strength. A lot of people like to point at Superior Spider's knocking the jaw off. However, that is pretty tame considering his other times. On a different Earth, Kingpin went after MJ and succeeded in killing her. Peter's response? He attacked Kingpin's tower, killing all 6 of Kingpin's hired super villain mercs, of which Bullseye was one of them. Then killed the Kingpin in a very brutal and slow way. Main continuity, Venom managed to trick Peter into thinking MJ was dead and missing. Peter went all out, no mercy on Venom and literally overpowered him. We're talking physically shredding the symbiote to get to the man underneath and breaking bones. He made use of sonic attacks to keep the symbiote off balance but none of them were particularly strong, just enough to keep it from leveraging it's full capabilities. Those are just ones I remember, there are more.
That's a "KILLER" story! I get that Frank then becomes the Punisher but does he blame Spider-Man for not being there to save his family? For him giving up? That would be a cool story arc. Great Video as always!
I think Frank would be inspired by Spider Punisher and basically decide to take up that mantle. Then perhaps Peter would try and talk Frank out of it which could end in many ways with my favorite being Peter helps him out being in an ironic twist a mentor/partner.

I think it might have been cooler if the what if went off of peter finding the symbiote suit, and the symbiote is what caused peter to take the different direction
Everything went way better for this Peter than all his non-lethal counterparts. With a lot of vigilantes you see how all the brutality and death slowly corrupts and destroys them from the inside out but for Peter it seems like murder was the solution to all of his problems.
To be honest him killing his villains in the main continuity would make his life a whole lot easier I mean this peter besides losing uncle Ben had it all

Outside of the fusion of Spider-Man/Moonknight = Arachknight, I love this version of Spider-man cuz this is about as close to a batman style of himself that we are going to get, like I said outside of arachknight. Since everyone likes reducing everything to 2 moments being cause and effect. If you think about it, no speech from Ben means Peter's life would be so much simpler AND Gwen wouldn't have died. No matter what, Ben's death is always Peter's catalyst to be a vigilante but those words, that ideal, added so much weight to his actions. That keeps Spider-Man from reaching his true precognitive potential and just raw power. I would love if this one-shot became a series to really expand on how much changes when he has Gwen to confide in instead of MJ. When Frank Castle is inspired by him instead of making his first appearance by trying to kill Peter. Would Frank eventually become Agent Venom? It's mind boggling how could change.
