For clipboard history to work, it has to be enabled first by clicking Windows + V and then turning it on. It will only show clipboard history of copied items after it has been turned on.

it's an Xbox game bar shortcut, you can search for Xbox game bar. You can open the game bar with and click on "start recording" from there or Press Windows+Alt+R from there.

@@FaizanKhan-oi3rj You could try updating Xbox Game bar from Microsoft Store and from In-App. If that doesn't work, your system probably doesn't support this feature. There's a workaround for this too, Open Microsoft Store and open Xbox from there, you might be able to run it.
